Mmmmmm, I used to get a T-bone, Porterhouse, and Delmonico and cook them for my family, so we could try them all. They have slightly different textures, but they are all good when they are thick and med-rare.
Wardi77haha I actually had some filet mignon for dinner along with some brocolli and thought to myself that some fat would've not been so bad, made me feel bad about all the times I have trimmed the fat off my sirloin.
Thanks to this post today became cheat day. I just put a rack of babybacks on the grill.
