Should I carb refeed?

I'm currently cutting, and will continue until my bf gets below 10%. I do 15 min of skipping rope before workout, and 20 stairmaster post workout. My calories are around 2700 to 3000.

Should I do a refers once a week, to continue maintaining a good pump and energy?

what is your current bf%? if over 15%, don't bother with refeeds. If 10-15, 1 refeed a week. Under 10% you'll need two a week or so. Without getting too technical about it, refeeds should follow a heavy workout with heavy weights/low reps, preferably full body, and keep fat low, protein moderate that day. The purpose is to spike leptin temporarily, and neither p/f has any significant effect.

Adding carbs will realy increase your body temperature fast.

From my experience your workout will turn shitty w/o the refeed...i can make it every 14 days to stay in ketosis as long as possible

Oops! Yes. If you're worried bout insulin spiking etc....compex carbs. Refill some stores. Watch what happens too...its friggin rad! Bout hour after eating up carbs you'll literally feel yourself "pump" up.
