What is your favorite pre workout supplement?

I haven't bought any supplements in a while so I don't know which ones are the hot ones at the moment. I did take a look at reviews and always seem to see both good and bad for every pre workout I look at. So what are you guys using? What is the pros and cons of your pre workout of choice?

Same here. I go with 1--2 cups of coffee before each workout. That's what most pre-workouts contain anyway -- caffeine.

Ah okay, I thought you may be using it for pain relief in shoulders or something like that. Never used it before but I know a few guys that use Eph for the stimmy power gains it gives, just like caffeine does. Suspension I find the best all round.

Myoblox Loco. I can’t get it locally. I just get it from them direct. Pretty cool company. They put out limited editions in small batches. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it in my opinion.

i try and switch between a few different ones so my body doesnt get used to the same stuff every day

I use to do that too when I had the money for it. Very good idea.

I actually don’t think it even costs that much more money. Because you use a couple different pre workouts, but they each last about 3-4 times longer. I also am always getting samples from my friends too because they work at a supplement store so that helps Smile

Nutrex Hemorage. The new formula is weaker but still good to go. With original formula I can swear it contained some illegal shit. Strong af

i just got Lit and pump v2x from a gnc on post. they work great, definitely a big improvement in my workouts.

Depends on your goals; in gaining it should always be discouraged 100%. During cutting it can be used if needed.

A simple cup of coffee can go a long ways.
