Anyone have any experience with this product? Saw palmetto doesnt seem to be doing the trick for me, having urinary issues since started this new blast i am on..

Check your PSA level... I'm 37 with the PSA level of a 60 year old... Doc attributes it to my propensity to self medicate with juice... He put me on medication.... My symptoms were whizzing 10 times a day with a drip for a flow....
Can we do permanent damage to our prostate by using AAS? i know for me, i feel like i have to goto the bathroom really bad but then the flow is real weak like its having a hard time coming out. Can this cause serious issues down the line?
Prostate enlargement is a real side effect.
Its not a given,,nor does everyone experience it
but it can happen,
My stream is weak most of the time too. There could be other reasons. Scar tissue in your urethrae or just a narrow urethrae. I will leave this in general for a little while longer but I am eventually going to move it to supplements.
usually a week stream is caused by gonorrhea lol may wanna get it checked

On the flip side I figure it could have been much worse. And truth is it made me paranoid of strange from that point on,lol

they are 160 mg i usually take 1 morn and 1 at night... too low of dose?
I was taking around 700 mg. Two pills and they were around 340-360 mg a peice can't remeber.
The brand I take is from Spring valley (walmart) 450mg a pill. Directions say take 2 pills twice a day and I've been doing just that and so far it has worked wonders. I would increase the dose
