Spirulina 60% protein and all essential amino acids

Anybody else use spirulina? I've used it off and on for about 2 yrs now. I use the powder and mix it in with my amino drinks to mask its swap water taste, but other than that it is a great superfood. It's loaded with proteins, all essential aminos, litpids, and vitamins. I always make sure to use it when on cycle since it is loaded in vitamin B contents. It has B1,B2,B3, B6, and B9. If your running a 19 nor steroid and want to try and keep prolactin levels in check with B 6 spirulina would be a great source for that with a lot of other nutritional bennifits.

Did you consider chlorella when you started on the spirulina? If so what made you go with the spirulina?

I'm asking as I've just started on chlorrella

With regards feeling healthier, I've been taking kelp powder for about 8months now, and whilst I don't feel any healthier I haven't had a cough/cold/illness since, which is unheard of for me

No it does't but any kind of juice covers the taste or flavored amino drink mix works well. Powder form is absorbed better, and I generally drink it with my aminos during workout which makes powder more convenient for me. Do you tend to fill a little healthier when taking it? I have never gotten a cold or flu while taking it consistently
