Cheap powdered fibre?
ad
Is there such a thing?
I usually bump up the protien in 99% of my home made food by dumping a cup of protein in it.
Ideally I'd like to do the same with fibre too, insoluble fibre to be exact as I wish to aid digestion, maybe adding some to my shakes or meals. I've been looking on Myprotien and they do all sorts of powdered fibres.
But is there anything I can find cheaper in the supermarket?

i take it in water theres all kinds get it from anywhere sells vitamins...it aint cheap anywhere because not everyone needs it but if u do u DO.
Dont add insoluble fibre into your food esp if you're planning to drink it. This shit congeals up fast so you'd be choking on your shakes like its concrete.
I take them separately after whatever foods Im having - psyllium mix does wonders and lowers cholestrol too bonus. Mix up with cold water and down it in one go.
Go to your local health supplement store and look or psyllium or glucomannon
