Has anyone any experience in making up their own BCAA capsules? I'm thinking more on the lines of leucine, isoleucine and valine and have looked at a few distributors. I thought that if anyone had experience with good UK distributors, perhaps you could pm me. BCAA's are perfectly legal store front business, I am only talking about the normal ingredients of any name brand protein drink.

My math:

Top name protein drink with BCAA: 1-week = 45GBP
Lonsdale Whey protein (NO BCAA's) - 18GBP

23GBP/week x 4.3 weeks = 98.90GBP per month at just 3x drinks daily

I have to be able to beat that!
