there is no natural plateau for fatloss. ive gone all the way deep into single digits without any performance enhancers and so can anyone else. he doesnt need clen period. he needs to examine his lifestyle.

Hit a plateau at 26% BF?
telloladeCant seem to budge it regardless of diet n exercise
How many calories a day is he eating? That is the telling factor in all of this. Lower those calories about 500 below his BMR and he has to start losing fat. It would be impossible not to lose fat with a calorie deficit and doing cardio. It should really be coming off fast at those higher BF%'s.
telloladeDude was really obese n naturally a big boned Guy so I can see why even 2 oatmeals a day n nothing but water is difficult. Jus one of those types
you need to tell your "friend" to make an account and figure this all out for himself. clen is very dangerous and can kill you, and it doesnt work magic.
Muscleg33kStart losing weight naturally first and then If u experience a weight loss plateau I would recommend taking clen or ECA.

You weigh 140 pounds at 5'9" 15% bodyfat. No offense but you are already pretty skinny, why would you want to get scrawnier?
telloladeMy friend weighs 185lbs 5 ft 6. its for him. Im tryna help him out
What is his current BF% at? I personally believe that clen is most valuable for stripping off those last few stubborn bits of fat that remain after you have taken most of your fat off through proper diet and cardio. No sense using clen if you are 20% BF for example. I have ran clen several times but I don't even start thinking about using it until I am near 10%. It is pretty easy for me to get to 10% but that is when it starts to get a little tougher and clen is the boost I need get into the single digits.
telloladearound 26 percent
I would suggest that he should get his diet and cardio in check and see how much he can take off that way. With that high of BF there is alot that he can accomplish with just diet manipulation and cardio. At that high of BF I think that once he gets his diet dialed in the BF should melt away with proper cardio. At some point he will hit a plateau and it just seems like you can't strip off any more fat or it is coming off real slow. My plateau seems to be around 10% BF and that's when I start taking it. Maybe his will be higher maybe lower. Clen isn't a miracle fat burner, but it is effective when used properly and at the right time. If diet and cardio aren't in check it is a waste to take clen.
whats his diet look like?
