WHAT IS THE AVERAGE DOSE FOR TESTOSTERONE PROPIONATE / HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ?

I've always used test Enanthate alone. Now I want to add propionate . How would I use them both . Dose for propionate . How many mg a week and how many times ? Plus adding in the Enanthate . How much ? And when ? My stats . 38 6'4 260lbs . Around 19 % fat . Been training on and off for 10yrs. This is my 3 cycle . My dose has always been small . Around 400mg. a week. Or can you propionate alone ? Thanks ! For your help .

tread-mThinking about all the suggestions here I think I might like RoidNoids best. Use the sauce eod at about 1/4th the weeks dose to help stability with an unstable compound and get your longs and shorts all in one. If you have the p and e then there are many ways to do it. Maybe to keep you about where you like on mg's hit the E twice a week at 150 per and the prop eod at 100. Learn to count prop mg's for the week though because people are making the mistake of counting the whole weeks mg's and it doesnt work that way. Its like saying you took an aspirin on Monday and its still working on Sunday, its not. Prop for all intents and purposes is dead in 48 hours, 72 completely dead. So if you use 100mg eod those two shot are both active at the time of the second. However, by the 3rd shot the first is gone. This means the highest number of mg's present i n your system at any given time is about 200. So 100 eod is close to 200mg a week of long ester that will be full strength all week. Yes prop is more effecive in my opinion and some will say a little stronger hit than when compared to longs but its not strong enough that you would cut mg's in half to figure equivalent and if you count the whole weeks mg's thats exactly what is happening.

tread-mYeah and as H and Goth said for just straight prop cycle 100 ed is nice. Not an overwhelming cycle by any means by a nice even flow and great ability to achieve your goals if using diet to goal. Eat your way properly to the goal no matter what the goal is. The food controls everything; gains, cuts , quality etc. Eating is building so dial in the diet to serve your desire, its the whole deal brother.

but running with test e (75-100) EOD is the standard approach

Yes, but your trying to steal Hollywoods title as " The Prop Slut of Eroids".
It may depend on your goals.
"More bang for your buck with prop", well I guess it all depends on how you measure BANG. Prop tends to be cheaper by the vial, but more expensive by the mg. E is usally 250+ mg/ml, Prop usally 100 mg/ml, with a vial of prop being slightly cheaper.
Something where your pinning Prop EOD combined with a E4D pinning of E would allow you to combine the Prop and E shot on every 4th day. But then some people like the pin cushion thing.
So are you trying to do the beginning of your cycle and end of your cycle with prop?...
Alot of people kick start the first 3 weeks of a long ester cycle such as test-e with test prop and end the last two weeks of their cycle with test-prop so theres not so much of a crash....
If your trying to run test-p with test-e through the entire cycle why dont you go with sustanon 250? it has long and short esters in it such as what you might be trying to accomplish...

I do ED injections. I generally do 70-75 mg per injection, that comes out to 500-525mg a week. I have done prop alone.
