Test + Prov VS Test + Sarm
Hi guys, after my second cycle i've decided to do a step back to test and proviron cycle (just like the first one i did), to keep the sides as low as possible. I was wondering, is it better (in terms of gains and sides) to stick with the classic 500mg Test E x week + 50mg proviron x day for 12 weeks or a lower dosage of test with a sarm? For example 300mg Test E and Ostarine @ 20mg daily, or LGD-4033 @ 10mg daily? When i did test + prov the only side i had was a little bacne, not so much but it was annoying, i think that lowering the test dosage at 300mg x week will lower the sides, but i don't know if the sarm will compensate the 200mg of test missing (however i want to keep the proviron in). I know sarms are not well know in long term use, and are not "safe" as other aas, i'm not a pro, i want to keep my balls working for many other years, so i feel like sarms are less dangerous. Let me know what do you think about it, especially who uses sarms!

I think you may have some research to do on skin care. I think if bacne is a problem on cycle that lowering the test dosage and adding a SARM might not help at all. I don't know. And you wouldn't be asking if you did know. I think improving your skin care routine is the way to go bro. So I am gonna share with you how I handle acne on cycle. OTC Nizoral shampoo. Once or twice a week after I finish my shower I turn off the water and stand there in the shower and rub Nizoral shampoo all over my shoulders, back, and chest. I wait a minute then rub it on my face and turn the water back on and rinse it all off. I only use it where I get acne. If you use it too often it can cause some blotchy dry spots that can be bothersome. I been doing this for years and it works at clearing and preventing most of my on cycle acne. Next is accutane. There is a human study online that demonstrates 20mg eod is as effective as 20mg every day with less sides. So when I use it I use it eod or even every 3 days if my lips are getting dry skin. You may not want to use accutane, some people don't touch the stuff, that's up to you. If you do use accutane make sure you stop taking Vitamin A because you can get a vitamin toxicity from tasking Vit A and accutane together.
Both of these things can help a lot with bacne and acne on cycle. And they both work differently. I recommend reading up on the OTC Nizoral shampoo and using it the way I told you I use it, try that first.

sarms will shut you down all the same. I felt great just running ostarine but my sex drive went away at 25 mg a day so I’m sure it was suppressive. LDG is far more suppressive. I don’t know of a lot of research that combines sarms and steroids. Might be safer to go with the known than the unknown
Molinin302I don't know man, we all do what we do, but in most of the cases what we run is approved for human consumption. Maybe not in the country we reside in but somewhere. SARMs are a huge no go. They're too new. I've said it before, if you get in trouble with test, deca, winstrol, equipoise, etc... Chances are you will find a Dr. that can fix you. With SARMs I just don't know. I'm 27 now, as you can see from my bloodwork from 2019 (which says i'm 26 last year), my height is the same lol, i don't know much about my weight since i stopped watching the scale and relying first on what i see in the mirror.
Cool. I obviously didn’t look at your bloodwork so just checking. I don’t use the scale too often either but I know what I weigh. Weigh yourself and update your stats. If you don’t know your body fat percentage, look at this chart and guesstimate
