Test / Deca Cycle Joint/Ligament/Tendon
ad
Hey guys
I'm planning on a test and deca cycle. My concern is tearing something on cycle. I've read deca strengthens collagen and test lowers it. I've also read 2:1 test to deca + caber & and AI for E is solid to avoid sides especially labito.
Does anyone have anything to say about test / deca ratio in regards to labito & about how to safely avoid making any tears while trying to put on mass ?!

Deca & EQ do nothing for tendons. The only things that seem to "Repair" connective tissue are amino/protein chains (peptides) rHGH, IGF-1. It has also been suggested that Thymosin beta 4 can help with this kind of issues, tendons and ligaments EQ will increase a particular type of collagen but in turn throw the ratio of Type 1 to type 3 collagen and possibly cause more harm. Build up of type one will give the joints added support and lubrication which will give a false sense of security with lifts. Type 1, 2 & 3 collagen working as a unit is what repairs connective tissue and AAS does not increase the production of type 3 (mostly found in skin, blood cells) and there is no real way of determining that any kind of balance is created by aas between the 3. The imbalance alone can end up hurting you.
EQ, Deca, Anavar are all biomakers of type 1, 2 and 3 procollagen synthesis.Though testosterone in amounts exceeding 300mg during ester life has been shown to decrease collagen synthesis. People think that EQ or deca is offsetting this effect and creating a balance. This is why it usually makes people think it helps their joints. But I have never seen or heard of someone being cured of arthritis or tendon/joint issues with AAS.
I've heard this info several times, and while it does seem to make sense to me, I was wondering if there are any studies that back this up. I would just be interested in reading more into it.
Spot on. You just don't feel it until you come off. Then it's going to hurt
If I were you, which I'm not obviously, but if you can run something besides Deca, do it. Good luck!
If you've had a tear or feel like your a weary of having one due to heavy lifting or high reps I would highly suggest HGH and TB500. As for deca 19 not in a cycle you should have caber or prami on hand. If it's your first run with 19 nor start out at a low to moderate dose and see how it goes, if libido drops get bloods if possible and then implement standard caber or prami protocol if prolactin is an issue.
Those were my basic thoughts exactly.
Caber + Aromasin to cover sides and adjust test based on libido.
HGH I agree with but ...
Will lifting as heavy as I can 3-5 or 5-8 reps be an issue with muscle being stronger then tendons or ligaments on say bench press ?!
Predominantly most pec tears are produced from flat bench barbell and there's no way to predict when it is coming. I would suggest lift heavy dumbells and finish with lighter to moderate weight on flat barbell.
x2
Have you ever ran deca before? What cycles have you run before? Deca could impact your libido and give you the dreaded deca dick. If this is of concern then you could run low dose Cialis ED to correct that. Again, everyone reacts differently to deca and it might not impact your libido as much.
As for tears, deca will keep your joints from feeling dried out. I don't honestly know if that prevents tears so someone else will chime in, but I would say you should worry more about preventing tears with proper form than with deca.
TY for the reply !
This will be my first cycle running a 19 !
My concern is not form but the actual strength of tendons & ligaments. I'm not sure if it's relevant worrying about a year from too heavy weights ?!
With libido I know caber will help as it's lartially a prolactin related side but I'm curious about the test dose and how it relates to libido ?!
Humpnpump above posted some excellent advice. How many cycles have you ran before and what were the compounds and dosages?
If you've been away from the gym for a year, don't try to push yourself too hard in the beginning, but slowly get back to lifting heavy. I'm sorry but I have never torn a ligament aside from both mensisci and those were work related, so I can't offer much in the way here.
I don't think you should worry too much about libido loss from test only, but run adex with it to control your estro.
