I would listen to the guys below but i would do some research on Deca if you haven't already. It is great for lubricating joints which might be very beneficial to you. Do some research on it, its a great compound!
AnonDont jump back in too soon
U will be sorry
A couple months off really isn't that bad. I took almost 3 months off due to hernia surgery and came back on a cycle. Really got me back to 100% fast. I personally would go the test/nandrolone route or maybe just a nice test only cycle to get running again.
I had a rotator cuff injury i had a few catabolic steroid injections and plenty of rest and now i feel like i can lift again im going to have two months training. Then jump on 500mgs of test e ew
Give urself time to heal like the other guys said, but when u are ready u might as well just
run a simple test cycle to get back into the swing of things..don't go to hard and injure ur shoulder again, make sure ur 100% before u begin training again bro..good luck
How bad was the shoulder in injury? Do you feel solid? I agree with champ I would give it a few months hitting the weights letting your body get used to it again?
if you haven't been training for several months, I wouldn't suggest running a cycle right off the bat. I would work my way back into training easy and get back into the groove so to speak. If your TRT that's different, you could toss in some nandrolone, your choice of ester at a therapeutic to moderate dose to help the shoulder discomfort.
