jump right into 50mg VAr?

When using Var- can i jump right to 50mg a day, or do i need to phase it in?

plan on using it weeks 6-12 in my test c cycle. (details posted below in another topic)

Var makes me feel a lil different when starting so you can't go wrong gauging your tolerance.

I just hit 50mg in the morning on an empty stomach then head off to the gym. Works for me.

My personal choice is to start slow. For ME Var kills my appetite in the beginning until my body gets a little used to it. This can be a good thing if your looking to really cut up the end. Also with some people including me when I go to high with good VAR I get really crampy, no matter the amount of Taurine, potassium, or water intake-Again just my experiance, but you will cripple your workouts if you go right into back spasms. I run week 1 20-25mg-week 2 30 mg-week 3-4 40-50. 5 75mg week 6 30mg then 0. For me it works, watch the cramping, keep the water intake high, Taurine,bananas...

U need to post your BF%. I believe BF needs to be <10% for males and <20% for females to achieve the results.

What's your cycle hx?

Have you gotten BW?

What are your goals?

What type of diet do u have planned?

I'm not trying to disagree with everyone in here...but if I may I have a serious question...why would you not start it slow and work up...I personally do and the thing that comes to mind is that kid who posted the other day about being really sick off of his "var"... I guess I always feel like with a new SRC or new compound I'm going to tread lightly first and work up in case its not good product or in case my body doesn't tolerate it well...again I'm not trying to disagree...I'm genuinely asking...

You certainly can work your way up. I personally like to split my doses through-out the day depending on what dose I'm taking. I find 50mg-100mg daily seems to be the norm for male bodybuilders and most labs carry var at doses of 25-50mg for men and 10mg for females. Var is considered to be bit more mild than a lot of orals and most men can add 50mg var, daily, to their cycle for the first run with it without issue.

Yes sir this is also where I run mine well between 80-100... I guess I just air on the side of caution sometimes... I keep my eyes on the test results and the other week I saw var come back as dbol...I'm not sure I want to take 100mg of dbol...I also judge by some of the comments in here that hes had previous chats with hooker and he probably knows his history and maybe which var it is...which is good as well...like i said I wasn't trying to ruffle any feathers I like and am friends with most in here...and I'm glad everyone respected each others opinions that's what makes droids great is open discussion

thank you for the response. What do you mean that you saw var come back as Dbol???

I follow the two big places that do testing both the mass specs and the chemical spectrum...the other day a pack that was marked by the lab 10mg Var came back as 25mg dbol...now I've seen Var come back as Winny a lot but first time seeing Var be Dbol....so also if you were taking 100mg of var in this instance it'd be 250mg of dbol...its important to note I don't believe this lab is on eroids
