Been gone for 3 years, need cutting cycle help!

ad

I'm 32years old, 6'0" 215lbs, unsure of bf% but probably 20-25% Took a 3 year break from lifting but have been lifting consistently for 6 months. I am trying to cut down to 200lbs. I just started a cycle of 400test/250tren/250mast per week. I am doing cardio before work and then lifting weights after work. This will be my 15th cycle. I am thinking of adding some clen/t3 to help. What do y'all think??

Wanna lose weight quickly? It's going to cost you, but you don't need any compounds to do it.

Wake up fasted, have a coffee to get you going and get dressed. Walk out your door and find the biggest hill in your area. Run up it as fast as you can, rinse and repeat. In 10 minutes, I guarantee you will be exhausted if you are trying hard enough.

Once you fatigue your muscles correctly with those short bursts, run around the track at a 15 minute pace per mile. Slow cardio has been proven to be an effective fat burner. Run 2 miles and you will be dripping sweat and the fat will just burn off.

Another variation on the same idea is my favorite. I like to do what I call the "Run and Push". I take my kid, put him in my running stroller I got, and run one lap over the bridge for a half mile, get to the end of it and do 20-40 push ups. Then I push him back over the other side and do another 20-40 pushups until I complete at least 4 cycles. Its based on a military exercise my 250+ 6'2 friend swears by and I've seen the results, his conditioning is incredible.

I can guarantee you that you will lose a ton of weight and your conditioning will improve 10 fold.

Alot of bodybuilders ignore cardio, but breathing through heavy sets and conditioning your lungs to handle tension will lead to huge improvements in the gym.

I always take T3 wit hatred because Tren lowers the body's production of it. All you need is small amounts and it should help. Your cycle is a good cut cycle. As long as you don't stay on the t3 for long or in high doses your Thyroid should be fine.

Don't fuck with t3. It's dangerous playing with your thyroid. Analyze your calories and macros and adjust for your goal. My fitness pal works good. Clen isn't good for your body either. Be safe

My suggestion bro is to get your hormones checked first! At 20-25%bf, you might have low T or too high of estrogen (or could be a thyroid problem)

Don’t jump on a stack bro! Get your diet, training, and your hormones checked. Your wanting instant results. To cut that bf, you will need patience, dedication, and a great diet.

A lot of people have some baseline hormone issues that can make a world of difference in losing bf. Your thinking “now results” not getting a lifestyle change first.

But after your 15th cycle, your natural hormone might be jacked.

Hope you get to your goal bro!

Well, drop the calories and up the cardio, it's pretty simple. It's a self induced plateau.

Bro we are saying tho that tren test and mast, isn’t what u need and the Clen and T3? U can get those results u desire on 500mg of test a week... or no test....that’s a lot of compounds on the whim of a cut in the middle of winter

I do a lot of my cutting when I’m off cycle.... I think I have an easier time trimming off cycle or test only, because my appetite isn’t voracious but that’s me... and Clen/t3 I have only seen a need if I were gonna compete or plateau .... just my two cents but, they are right before diet dictates all, being hungry sucks ....

Get back to lifting natural when you do that for about 4-6 months everyday then think about maybe a test only cycle.

I think to lose 15 pounds you could have watched what you ate and upped cardio. Drugs don't make a cut, your choice in food and exercise dictate that.
