+ 1 Trying to understand why..
Alright, so I've never had much of a problem with estrogen levels spiking. Self prescribed trt 200mg Test C a week since 2012. (any of you thinking about jumping on trt but don't need it ...you need slapped..it SUCKS..worst mistake I ever made). Anyways, went a whole year without a blast and recently did 12 weeks at 500mg Test C a week..ok, here's where it gets weird. Don't need much AI at all while running the gear. Stop and go back to 200mg a week. Two weeks off the blast and normal trt dose ..not using any AI and start to feel BAD..tired as hell, moody as hell, and the nips are starting to itch like hell..so I order some exemestane immediately. Been dosing 12.5mg ED for two weeks and things went back to normal..and small signs of estro have started to show up when I cut the dose in half at the end of last week..seems like a large amount 12.5ED for TRT. I understand the body changes as you get older and maybe the exemestane I got was underdosed..idk. Just never experienced this in 4 years. Im 36 now. Vham if you could chime in that would be great. I know you stated you had a similar problem. Just trying to understand this. Thanks in advance guys and gals.

I have always been against self prescribed trt as 9 times out of 10 its not needed and abuse, but I can tell you like vhman said, after 3 years I finally dialed in. I also skipped using an ai when using my trt dose but it caught up to me. I take .35 aromasin e3d and it keeps me in check, no matter what anyone tells you you will need to take multiple bloods when experimenting with any ai. when you up your dose after a week you need bloods, lower dose, same. Switching from an ai to a suicide same thing. Bloods Bloods Bloods or you have no idea what is going on.
On a cycle strangely enough I only need .625 e3d. Adex works as well but it destroys my lipids for some reason. Everyone is different, go get bloods and see for yourself because only you know your body and only bloods will get you where you need to be. Also, any dose over 175 a week is a cycle, I did 200 a week of my script and I was over 1700. Normal levels are much lower so maybe drop to 150 a week. No doctor will prescribe that unless it was every 2 weeks. Every week will put you in the condition you are in.
Tron%100 excellent information. My next step is to get bloods at thus point. Thank you.
I never had to use AI's when I was younger, but after about a year on TRT, my estrogen skyrocketed. Why? I just don't know. Maybe it's my body's reaction to synthetic test, over a long period of time. Maybe it's just my body changing as I get older. Regardless, I have to take 6.25 mg of aromasin ED to keep things in check. I'm use to it now and that dose keeps me feeling good and my numbers are good. I take a few other supports that a trt expert steered me to. Send me a PM and I'd be happy to help more.
TronThank you man.
Why does it suck? Does it just suck for you? Will it suck for everyone? I used TRT doses of test for over a year while I was training for some ultra endurance events, and never had a problem. I felt pretty good after a couple of weeks of coming off also. I'm not understanding your situation I guess. Most doctors will never prescribe you an anti E with trt therapy. Some will. Some arm chair doctors will tell you that you probably wont need it - some people do. There are so many variables at play. There are people with very high test levels, and are quite moody. They also sleep all of the time. They are male teenagers. It might take a lot of experimentation to discover what works for you. It's up to you to decide whether or not you have the wherewithal to make it happen. I personally do not like the idea of anti e's and I've never used them.
Ok..... The OP has a legitimate question and your response was to disagree, just because you haven't experienced it? Everyone is different, but many of us have had the same experiences. We're here to help.
How about adding some stats to your profile before you comment again.
TronI wouldn't have either if i hadn't had estro sides..
Testosterone replacement therapy is a permanent choice to replace your own body's testosterone production so your body shuts it's own production down. What you did FOR A YEAR is a year long "cycle" of a trt dose. It sucks because TRT is a full time fucking job.
