Puffy Nipple

My left nip is Puffy. My right one is slightly Puffy but bbarrel noticeable. My labs a week ago showed high e2. Im assuming it's why I have the puffiness. There are no lumps, no sensitivity or pain.
So, I was running Adex @ 0.25 EOD. Once I saw my labs I bumped it to 0.5 EOD but yesterday when I noticed the puffiness I took 1mg and took 1mg today. Will it be OK to drop to half Ed for the next week to see if the puffiness goes away.
I have Letro on hand but I don't want to use it if I can do the work with Adex. Any protocol advice for this would be greatly appreciated.

Have you ever ran Tren before mate? Did you get your prolacting tested/
No tren. This issue just puffed up (pun intended). My labs ha estro at 60 . looking back I shouldn't have been surprised but now the puffing is leading me to believe estro not coming down quick enough.
I'm going to test again this weekend.
I had a similar issue my first cycle but I wasn't running Hcg and Eq like I am now so it's worse this time.
