AI on cycle for first cycle

Hello everyone I have been researching for my first inject cycle and I was wondering what the opinions of people on the two different AIs I have readily available.
I can get my hands on Anastrozole, or Exemestane.
Dosing protocols would be 6.25mg daily Exemestane or Anastrozole .25mg eod or e3d.
I would love to hear some input from people who have tried both.

I was reading an article on aromasin for pct it was rather interesting.

One last question, what would be a good starting dosage for pct of aromasin?

Aromasin 12.5mg EOD continuing the two weeks between last test shot and PCT
Week 1 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 2 PCT Aromasin 12.5mg EOD/Nolva 20 Daily/Clomid 100 Daily
Week 3 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
Week 4 PCT Aromasin 6.25mg EOD/Nolva 10 Daily/Clomid 50 Daily
You may consider running 6.25mg EOD on Weeks 1-4 if you feel 12.5mg is too strong
I see so the generic pct that is commonly posted overdoses nolva?
I normally see it at
40/40/20/20.
After reading into Zewi's results I think that is going to be my finalized pct.

cdaddy7No that's the traditional doses but with the Aromasin in the mix u can reduce the mgs of Nolvadex, but bc of the synergism of Nolvadex and clomid on the leutinizing hormone for natty production we didn't want to just cut the Nolvadex out completely...
cdaddy7Yessir Aromasin in addition to traditional PCT has proven to be a true success....there are a few vets i.closing myself that use this regimen and have great success...my homie zewi posted his results with bloodwork proving It's reliability
AnonSome people like adex, some like aromasin its personal preference realy. I am using adex 0.25 e3d and am switching to aromasin at the end to carry it on through pct, like a few have suggested on here. Also adex in my opinion you can feel working a lot sooner.
I am assuming the reason you are switching to aromasin through pct is because it is a suicidal inhibitor not a competitive one like adex.
AnonYes bro, switching to aro b4 pct will help with estro rebound, there has been a few posts on here lately about its benefits in recovery. Also using adex on cycle I can feel its effects in a day or so. Any itchy nips or excessive water staying around and 2 or 3 days at 0.5 ed sorts it. Same again though its personal preference. The only sure fire way for you to know which is best suited to you is trying both.
mr127superdeearomasin at any dose was very hard on my body i had to stop it and switch to adex .50mg eod worked great! either way 12.5 daily is way to much in my opinion try
Thanks for the input I thought it was a bit high as well mostly I hear about people doing around half that. My old thread on my first cycle no one corrected it so I figured I thought wrong.
