starting a cycle before I can lift again?
ad
I realize this sounds stupid lol.
I can't lift (full force) for about three weeks.
I wanted to start my TestE/TrenHex cycle and it usually takes me 3 weeks to "feel" these esters kick in.
What are your thoughts.

I agree with what most are saying by wait but I totally get where you're coming from. To be honest Iv been in the position where I was away from my diet/exercise regimen and wanted to cycle and figured in my head if i start now by time i lose a little weight and lift that it'll mean in the middle with the timing. But it's one of those things where we all know in the back of our minds that you should really be in the prime of your exercise/diet regimen with lowest bf% before you cycle. Then when you do actually start (at your best) cycking is not only effective but let's be real, it makes the cycle fun. When I'm lean and in good shape, I'd cycle and little by little while the blood levels are reaching it's full levels you not only feel but you see the pumps kicking in, the skin tightening, the vascularity, and just all those gains right in front of your eyes each and everyday. For me that's fun, not work. I never want to leave the gym or finish up my workouts when I'm on one of those runs. Hope this helps buddy, because Iv been there and totally get where you're coming from. Btw this is all just my opinion.
Cardio these next few weeks on clean diet to get in best pre cycle condition and hit it when at 100%
Piggybacking on what everyone else is stating about waiting, perhaps you should also use this time to cut down and "prime" your body for the cycle ahead.
heres an introduction to body priming: http://forums.musculardevelopment.com/showthread.php/3003-AAS-Priming-10...
good luck man
The one thing for sure you don't want to do with that protocol is use proviron. It will shut you down and not help with your test levels. Members on here have bloodwork to prove that.
The GH I wouldn't bother with unless you have some money just burning a hole in your pocket and you feel compelled to get rid of it.
Basically it just boils down to some good ole fashioned cardio and a good diet. Pretty simple here. No need to be throwing this compound or this fat burner in there etc. at this stage of the game or trying some crazy fat burning fad diet.
Great advisement in this thread.
This further illustrates why this forum was my first choice to join:

OP: My buddy did this once and ignored advice that it wasn't a good idea because he had about 20% body fat on him and his diet wasn't dialed in yet. His results weren't good and he was so sore that he lost tons of gym time just recovering.
Dial that body fat down as much as you can, and get those muscles back in shape, so you will then have less recovery time when you finally cycle.
The results will be night and day! Keep at it and don't give up!

Thanks everyone
I'd go the other way and start the cycle when you're able to go full force.
Injury is a possibility if you pre cycle before lifting as strength will be up before tendons and ligaments have been steadily readied for what's to come.
So basically if I were in your shoe's I'd what to break myself back to lifting to a reasonable standard then start a cycle. In the longterm it will definitely be a great experience, you'll hit the ground running when the gear starts to kick!!
If you cant lift full force i wouldnt start running anything. But if your a few weeks out defiently start your diet. I love starting my diet before i start my cycle. Cause once you start that great diet then start the juice BOOOM success
You know the answer to this question.
I would take a month to get your weights back to where you were before you got laid up prior to pinning anything.
Thanks gents
Never start a cycle until you are at the top of your game. I wouldn't even start the cycle once you are able to go full force again. Bring yourself back up from that 3wks of downtime you had and then rock the cycle.
x2... and that is speaking from personal experience.
If you are not at the absolute top of your game, your enthusiasm will fizzle out a few weeks in.
Remember Theon, cycling is applying the final coat of plaster to bring out the finish, rather than lobbing the whole bucket at the wall to get it all on there quicker.
Well said.
