Question About Front-loading

Ok I'm planning on doing 750mg of test e a week and 600mg of equipoise. I would like to front load but idk how much to front load with. Any ideas?

Anonx 2the ammount of your weekly dosesolets see
weeks 1-3 1500mgs test e per week
weeks 1-3 1200mgs eq per wekk
weeks 4-12 750mgs test e
weeks 4-12 600mgs eq
you can also front load with(kick start @ 100-200mgs every other day insted of an oral kicker
