Pharma Grade
Production Needs a WHO/GMP certificate. Means the production environment is sterile and authorized for production by World Health Organization. There is bundles of science, technology and paperwork involved. If such a product is registered by the local FDA, it can be prescribed to you by a local pharmacist.
Raws materials are tested. Raw materials are tested for quality and content. High tech machines are utilized for this. Selling test e and labeling it test p wont fly here.
Consistency. Content and potency is regulated and monitored. No over/under dosages here (tbh, we're talking micro margins). Same goes for solvents.
How to create a pharma grade product? Meet the WHO/GMP requirements. Hire a bunch of chemists, technicians, lawyers. Order and TEST the raws. Hire a whole production line in china, you should see Pfizer pumping out fuck pills on your left, and Eli Lilly's piling up the crazy pills on your right. You're in the big boys club now, 2,500,000 amps are waiting to be filled when you're done. Yours shouldn't take more than a week now, you're almost done.
Cost? Got 150.000, maybe you can start flirting.
The Good: It's the shit. It's what you paid for.

Production You need a pot. Btw, UGL winnys in oils? WTF, Why? Well because bacteria is less likely to grow in oils than it is in a water based solution, thats why...
Raws Get some from an online source. When it arrives, usually no efforts are done to ensure product authenticity. TBH, I'm fairly convinced more than 50% of all UGL is merely Test E. It's cheap as fuck, thats why. Check out *XXL/Axio threads and product comments on eroids... UGL Primo? ya sure. UGL Anavar? lol are you kidding me? You CAN NOT GET OXANDROLONE POWDERS FROM CHINA!. It's banned there. The ONLY place that makes oxandrolone raws is in EU. And it's not cheap. UGL HGH? that's funny. PRODUCTION of (real) HGH costs TWICE the usual "Unknown China Source" price...
Consistency Overdosed/Underdosed could depend on how much sleep the guy had. Or any other trivial reason. Solvents: multicolored, green, anti-freeze, who knows...

So all the Primo E and Anavar I just bought from the "Super Hero" are BS?
I've seen a lot of anavar tested and it's almost always actually Winstrol. Sometimes even a low dose of dbol or a combo of a small amount of dbol and Winny. Like bfg says a lot of "primo" is just low dose test e and sometimes some eq in there.
Not necessarily, but I hope they have a substantial operation with a sweet EU raw connection.

The words "overseas" used with terms like GMP, certified labs, pharmacy grade, etc crack me up. For anyone who has not travelled to India, China, or similar countries, I would bet money your bathtub is more sanitary than most pharmaceutical companies.
Those countries are filthy. Garbage laying everywhere, sewer lines dumping straight into rivers, air so full of pollution you get covered with soot when you go outside. Corruption isn't just rampant, it's a way of life. Inspections and oversight mean nothing. To me there is first world pharma--US, UK, Germany, etc, and there's everything else. There are several UGLs in the UK and USA I'd trust over Indian pharma grade.
Ah, but countries in the former USSR make nice gear. Corruption - they don't think of it that way I suppose. But no, most of those countries have sewage treatment plants.

This is something I always wondered about. But on overseas lab, can't mention the name here but hint hint they come in amps. Well all the tests I've seen on there gear is always within + or - 10% of what's listed on the label. And I don't think you can make amps in a bathtub lol. At the very least you need a decent little production line.
Your right tho technically they are ugl and not pharm grade. But I think it's someway safe to assume a little more effort goes into the production, quality controls and better raws as well as testing raws and final products. An two of these labs I'm thinking of are actually "human grade" in their country. Now that might not mean much more then a little payment to the goverment but there differently not brewing in a basement. Not taking about all the overseas labs, there's only about 4 that come to mind that I'm referring to.
