I have noticed lately that there are a quite a few new people here that are needing some help with self injecting your oils. Make sure you research this just as much if not more than when you found your source. But maybe this will help you get started.

The gals/nurse at the doc office came at me w/ what seemed like a 3 in needle...
seems that it did not need to be that long. For some reason that long needle is freakin me out. My first order is in the mail so looking into how to self admin.
well good luck with it, remember to inject slowly, its 45s-1min per 1ml
