Poly killing my cardio
ad
Secondary poly is killing my cardio. I phlebotomized donating two weeks ago.
When I went to the donating center the finger prick indicated I had high iron levels and I couldn’t do a “full blood” , this was there way of just taking red blood. Maybe they knew I was on trt and didn’t give me full, which In turn would’ve lowered hematocrit and hemaglobin?
I’m on trt 200mg a week with adex .25 every 3.5 days
How’d my poly come back so quickly? Will low dose aspirin help thin me out enough to do cardio

200mg a week usually isn't trt, it's more of a cruise.
Low dose aspirin should help thin your blood, try drinking much more water possibly add those flavored electrolytes to help make u u drink more water , i've seen people drink fresh grapefruit juice or supplement with naringin as well to lower hematocrit.
