RE-Introduction
I've actually been a member here for awhile but haven't participated a lot in the forums and activity here. Most days I was researching and learning about all the various topics of gear, working out, and nutrition from reading lots of the posts on this forum for over many years. I realized just how little I knew when I ran my first test cycle at just 23 years of age. Luckily the guy that was supervising me had me run a mostly complete PCT cycle, but I shouldn't have ran gear at that age. I'm 34 now and have done two cycles, my 2nd cycle I ran around 2 years ago just after I joined here.
Just after that 2nd cycle, I got into a major accident on a motorcycle and was injured. For 8 months I sat on the couch at home slowly recovering. I was extremely lucky in the accident in that I didn't break any bones and or tear any muscles or ligaments, but my right arm was dislocated from the shoulder, and had a partially collapsed lung (I ended up hitting a tree). I was wearing a helmet and proper leathers when my bike when down at around 50mph, which likely saved my life. I also suffered some burns on my arms, but they were relatively minor due to the leathers taking most of the friction from sliding across the highway.
So long story short, I was given the all clear from my doc about 6 months ago and have been slowly getting myself back in the gym and on a regular routine. I did lose a lot of my gains while sitting on my ass recovering and have put on about 20 lbs of fat. My current stats are around:
Age: 34
Weight: 187-190
BF: 18-20 %
Baseline Bloods(July2014): http://www.eroids.com/pics/baseline-bloods-few-questions
The goal: For the next 4-6 months it's going to be ramping up at the gym slowly and doing a lot of cardio and slowly losing the fat so that maybe one day I can cycle again. I have already pulled baseline bloods and they are surprisingly pretty good for how sedentary I was for almost 8 months. Many months of recovery my diet wasn't good and so that is why I have put on some fat.
Anyhow, I am now on my way to rebuilding my body back to it's best potential and I feel so fortunate that I have no long term injuries from my accident. I have given up the motorcycle hobby and will just be focusing on building a great body, health, fitness, and just enjoying each day. My accident experience truly did change me as a person.
Just wanted to say thanks for all the great threads and posts in the forums. I've spent many months reading and reading while I was out of service and it has been a great education. I'm still a novice in many ways, but it is the forums here that have helped me understand just how detailed and dedicated people have to be to properly run gear and maintain good health. I do plan to become a lot more active here over the long term as I have really enjoyed the knowledge I have learned.
Just wanted to say hi again, and re-introduce myself.

Glad to hear you alright and getting back in the gym. If you ever need some help with your diet or training dont hesitate to send me a message.
AnonHey thanks brother for the support. I might need help with the diet part. I haven't ever been this out of shape before so it's been a bit challenging for me to get up and going again. I'll send ya a friend request. I'll post up some questions I got as well. I know at this point it's just a matter of time and work to get back to where I was before the accident.
