Hi I'm Chris--
Tried to use gear once in college in college when I lifted and played rugby--too whimpy to inject so I stacked and worked out like crazy--the girl that dumped me helped too b/c the reps wilted away her memory.
Anywho--after 26 years in the military, I retired but maintain an athletic lifestyle. Not longer interested in free-weights but am into TRX-bodyweight fitness, running and am a kayak marathoner.
I reckon I'll be addressing the possibility of Low T and utilizing the benefits of available gear for cutting weight, improving my Kayak Ergometer workouts and overall core fitness using my straps.
My race is in October and I got a dang Ergometer sent out to Afghanistan to train here before I can get on the water.
So--as I go off into the forums to read, anyone else offering advice--feel free to PM or post here I reckon.
