ad

I dont know if this is a.problem for many people but ive noticed i have no.problem getting into the gym. Its more of a.muscle endurance problem.after a few exercises my body feels done in the strength department. Anyone have this issue and any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Thanks guys i used too love no explode back when ronnie coleman was there spokesman YEA BUDDY

I used to be hooked on n.o xplode.
It def amped and intensified work outs but it becomes detrimental to your sleep and rest.

Besides eating decent at the right times a good protein shake 45 mins prior is much better and healthier for you.

The original N.O. Explode by used to give me explosive shits abound 90 minutes after consumption every single time. Other than that it was a great product. I love the more concentrated formulas available now.

I remmber i shook up the original N.O. The one you werent suppose to shake .... And holly crap i projectile vomited out the car window on way to the gym.

Johnny Bravo's picture

I shook up this stuff Black Powder in my shaker cup back in the day and it was advertised as having 900% more NO than the leading brand. Thing blew up and splattered all over the ceiling 15 feet up. Had to get a ladder to clean all the blue stuff off the ceiling

Eagles 2013's picture

Holy shit bro I bet you did! I used a funnel to get the powder in a 20 oz water bottle once and shook it up and it literally popped the top off of the plastic bottle. I'm glad that they have figured out better ways to produce PWO. Back in the day I dealt with it because in my mind the pump was working (mind you I wasn't juicing back then, so my idea of a "pump" was pretty naive). Today's are so much better

Thank you guys for all your positive feedback that's why I continue to come on here and stay on eroids but as for what I do I do a lot of super setting different body parts so I'll do a set of tricep pushdowns and then go do a set of hammer curls but by the second and third Super set in I'm out of breath I feel strength is gone and my head really is not in it after that so I was thinking of maybe doing more cardio before I started working out because I do 10 minutes to warm up now but I'll see what you guys think and I do drink BCAAs while I am training. I dont know if anyone gets this its like u hit that plateua that wall same time every workout. It started happening last 2 weeks daily.

Eat more
Sleep more

Or take a look at your workouts, you may be asking too much of yourself for your current level of development.

DfromPhilly's picture

I just use coffee, but a couple guys touched on what may be more important below.

There are a ton of factors. Let’s start with what’s ur routine/program look like, and then what ur diet and sleep schedule look like?

DfromPhilly's picture

Jesus. That’s a lot of coffee. That’s why I only drink it pre work out. I don’t wanna start needing it in the morning and shit and build a tolerance.

addicted.to.pain's picture

The first thing I would say is get plenty of Carbs and Water.

Sleep is a big one too bro, if I don't get enough sleep feel like a car with no oil in the gym. I would ask though what is a normal workout for you ? 1hour, 1.5 or 2 hours.

Hitting muscle failure early is not a bad thing , maybe your body is just done bro . After years of working out I wish I could kill it in 30min

press1's picture

What does your training routine look like? I also believe your body type has a lot to do with it too - If you are slim and ectomorphic like myself you will burn out and tire very quickly, a lot more than a naturally muscular mesomorph. On top of the extremely quick rate your already fast metabolism is, its now going crazy on steroids! Sometimes I find it impossible to keep up with mine. Once I am through the warm up and I have done 2 all out sets to failure between one and three reps in one of the big three lifts I am spent, back or CNS completely shot out. Depends on how hard and how heavy relative to your bodyweight you lift too.

Long time didn't use any pre workouts, except a coffee or tea respectively an energy drink. But from my experience high carbs and dbols, around 1-1.5 hrs before workout, are a great booster Smile

I like to get a few high cal meals in for the day before i get my lift in. Coffee, creatine, and plenty of water immediately before the workout get me right!

Sam I Am's picture

A glass of tea does me good. Maybe your over training. My workouts are done in 45 minutes including abs.
You can work hard or you can work long.
This is why many guys use a split.
Nobody can keep total intensity for two hours.
Pre workouts are like viagra. The more you use them , the more you need them.

Carbs in some form will help the most

Eagles 2013's picture

I'm not worth a damn in the gym if I don't get a good meal in about an hour before hand.

Eagles 2013's picture

Same here bro. I would get up in the morning and lift before work but I would have to get up WAY too early to eat properly and give the food adequate time to digest prior to training.

I do like to hammer out fasted cardio in the morning before work when doing so is beneficial to my goals at the time

Johnny Bravo's picture

I have to get up early to workout so I’m stuck with a small breakfast but a small amount of fast digesting carbs pre/intra workout has helped a lot with fatigue. Still doesn’t compare with a bunch of good meals but it gets the job done

Eagles 2013's picture

It sounds to me like your not taking in enough calories--specifically carbohydrates pre-workout. It could also be that your pre-workout nutrition is at least somewhat sufficient, but you are not giving your body enough time to digest the food and absorb the nutrients.

Please post your accurate stats and diet including your pre-workout nutrition and how long you wait in between eating it and training.

Also, please include all supplements and PEDs that you are currently taking, including OTC fat burners. These can and will wreak havoc on your glycogen stores and sap your muscular strength and endurance.

The good news for you is that as long as you are honest and provide us with complete and accurate information there is a 99.9% chance that this can be resolved with minor dietary tweaks and not drugs.

Good luck and please follow up.

I think you aren’t taking in enough calories. I never feel like that if I am eating properly around workout time. What’s your current calorie count and how soon do you workout after pre workout meal? I think people take pre workouts for motivation. I have never needed them as I’m alway amped to go hit the weights.

Try fixing your meal timing and calories before considering a pre workout

johnmarshall12's picture

As you mentioned, try using a pre workout drink. Also, you can use BCAA'S during your workout. The right combo may work for you,

Are you eating or taking any carb powders before workout

stairmaster's picture

Sounds like your workout doesn't fits to your body.
Use lighter weights and train not too long.
Do u eat enough? Enough regeneration? Much stress? ...
