Tren injection wht just happend?

Was injecting tren/mast/test into right glute. I aspirated and air bubble came up. 10 seconds after injection i got super dizzy, chest felt tight, starting sweating balls, hearing got really messed up, horrible taste in my mouth and caughing. Felt like i was gonna die...
