+ 3 This Quote sums it up.

ad

I was watching the Joe Rogan Experience on you tube the other day when I got off work it helps me wind down in the Evenings , He had on the former Pro Wrestler Diamond Dallas Page and the dude said the best quote I have ever heard .

He said " It is impossible to outwork a bad diet"

-DDP

I gave that some serious thought , and then I considered getting it Tattooed on my fore head for all the young ones at the gym to see. That is the Truest statement I have ever heard that pertains to Bodybuilding , Strength training or just Physical fitness in general .

I worked out for years in my teens to early 20's making very little progress even with moderate to dumb hormone use , I figured If you work out you can eat what you want, No sir that is not true not even in your early 20's. I eventually figured out how to eat talking to people at the gym, the general consensus was the good old Chicken and Rice which with in two weeks of that diet I could feel my body hardening and could see the gains coming through I had been looking for, because the gains were already there underneath a layer of fat I couldn't seem to shake until I modified my diet.

The second revelation I had that helped me move my body to the next level was more sleep and less partying and alcohol , My body looks noticeably different in the mornings when I look in the mirror after a bad nights sleep, I know I'm not the only one that looks in the mirror the second they get out of bed , not only that my Lifts are down as well as my endurance all equaling a shitty workout . Its not necessarily the amount of sleep so much as it is the quality of sleep I've learned, HGH does help in this department but that is not the point I'm making.

The point I'm making is dedication , If you wanna take your body to the next level you have to dedicate your self. Dedicate to a strict diet , Chicken and Rice works just fine between 4 to 6 meals of Chicken and white rice combined with Water only to drink no soda no processed sugars ever and if you drink juice you do so only as a Supplement e.g. a glass of Orange juice in the morning is good to kick start for your Liver, Kidneys , Heart and Brain Fructose/Glucose is an excellent fuel for Optimal organ function . No joke Carbs are like a drug when you starve your body of them , I still dream about eating Ice cream and Candy bars to this day.

Sleep Is where your body gets a Natural pulse of HGH which is why sleep is so important , it heals , it re-fuels it also dehydrates you which is why you look good as fuck when you first wake up lol .

Diet, Exercise, Sleep , and yes hormone use but honestly it only takes moderate use if your doing everything else correctly which is why we preach preach preach Diet , Sleep and Exercise + a little Test never hurts. Biggrin

I agree on the dehydrated part - Tren's the bloody worst for it Lol You can go to bed looking massive in the chest and shoulders after a good pressing session, then only 4 hours later when you get up to eat you look down and Look & Feel like you've lost 2 stone from all the water that's sweated out of you! You are like WTF Lmao

For sure lol you look smaller in the morning , but more defined is my point I guess.

I can't do the wake up in the middle of the night and eat , I've tried it never seems to work out. I eat literally soon as I get up , and start drinking water immediatly.

Ah mate I wish I didn't have to and could sleep straight through! Getting up to eat when you are shattered and falling asleep in your food is the worst Lol I literally wake up after 2 hours if on the tren and HAVE to get up and eat - I cannot fall back to sleep till I do. Mainly carbs and fluid. Atm I get up twice but in the past running heavy tren it was always 3 times per night. Smashing in BCAA's when you do it makes a massive difference also - You are basically getting up, consuming and going back to sleep and recovering each time.
