+ 2 Testing your HCG

ad

So after seeing a post in the labs section about possible bad HCG, I've decided to share my personal experience on the subject. A few months ago a brother had posted that he had taken a pregnancy test and it came back negative, so he thought he had bad HCG. I asked if he actually took the pregnancy test himself, with his own piss and he confirmed. After a nice lol, I started talking to talk to some other members. I also conducted a couple of experiments with my own HCG. This is what I found out, and my preferred method for testing HCG.

I will typically get a 5,000 iu amp of HCG, and reconstitute it with 2 ml of bac water. I then take 1 full ml (2,500 iu's) and squirt it directly onto a pregnancy test. I have found cheap tests to be unreliable, so I buy a brand name test. I have a couple reasons for doing it this way. First after some trials I found that less than 1,000 iu's was typically not enough for a clear reading. 1,000-2,000 iu's gave better results, but sometimes they were still ambiguous. 2,500 iu's seems to be the sweet spot, and there's a bonus. You are left with exactly 10 250 iu doses of HCG that are dosed at .1 ml. That will last 5 weeks, which is also right about the time your reconstituted HCG starts to degrade. So you can test every amp and still get a full course of HCG.

I want to stress at no time does one ever actually need to piss on the pregnancy test lol! If anyone has any thoughts or additions feel free to chime in, as I said before this was just from my research.

Again, most all HCG pregnancy tests only need 25mIU/1mL to come back positive. That is .025IU per Milliliter, .025IU is a fucking ridiculously small amount of HCG. so when your dropping 2500iu/1mL onto the test its gonna show positive even if its crappy HCG due to the extreme high concentration. I personally would use about 125iu-250iu per mL so your not throwing money away.

And as far as pissing on a prego test goes i would have to disagree with you because even if your test comes back positive after squirting 125iu/mL right onto it, you still have no idea how over/under dosed it is. All a positive test tells you is that the concentration of hcg you just poured on the test is above .025iu/mL so basically all a prego test tells us is that there is HCG present. Some people are saying you can judge how good it is by how solid the blue line is on the test but that also makes no sense when you need such a minuscule amount to get that solid line. I believe peeing on the test is a GREAT IDEA because if you inject 250iu of HCG and pee on an hcg test 2 days later, and it comes back positive, you can conclude that your hcg is pretty good. Then look for the normal side effects to see how effective it really is.

I never claimed you can tell potency from clarity of the line. Blood work would be the only way to tell the potency of your HCG. I have talked to several bros who have pissed on the test, none have come back positive.

I always test mine with 250ius and sometimes shows faint line or dark either way my balls grow or stay lol

Im sure this is somewhat in reference to the post where I also told the guy to test it similar to how you describe above...I agree on the cheap testers thus why I said so in the remarks after he got a positive...also most tests if you get a line its positive peroid...whether its light blue dark blue...blue means positive and especially on a cheap test as far as I know the shade of blue can not determine the quality or concentration of the hcg...the only thing I do know is I run all pharma hcg and with that and a $5 or more preg test I've never needed more then 250-500iu to light it up bright blue...if you look at my pics you'll see that test which was done with 250iu of pharma and its bright bright blue

I just edited my comment on that post. I agree with the faint line comment. That's what I meant by ambiguous results with the 1,000-2,000 iu tests I conducted. To some people the faint line causes doubt in their head. I also buy pharma grade and as I said this was my experiences.

Yeah so according to some quick research a preg test should be postive with as little as 25iu that's just why I'm curious as 250iu would be 10x detection levels and 2500 would be 100x...I do wish he or someone else would repeat the test with a better tester

One of a few sites that says a preg test should test positive at 25ui/l or greater keep in mind were using 250ui/3ml

Claimed effectiveness and real world application are 2 different things. Pregnancy tests are designed to detect HCG in urine. Not exogenous HCG mixed in bac water and squirted onto a strip. While in theory the 2 should translate to each other, that's not necessarily always the case. Again I didn't just pull these numbers out of a hat. I spoke with many members, and spent about $130 on preg tests and HCG. If you can tell me something better to do with the leftovers out of a 5,000 iu amp I'm all ears lol.

When you say 2500iu is the sweet spot is that pharma or generic...the reason I ask is it still seems like a ton for a postive result those pee tests are extremely sensitive and again with pharma 250-500iu has always set it off...I literally have dozens of identical tests like the one in my pics...I'm certainly not trying to argue...I'm just curious what you use for hcg

Oops I fat thumbed you but fixed it.

I say that based on value in my eyes. HCG is only good for approx 40 days once reconstituted. If I buy a 5,000 iu amp at most I will use 3,000 iu of it before it degrades on 250 iu 2x per week protocol.

I also use pharma grade and as I stated, I have gotten VERY spotty results with low doses on tests. I used 500 iu on 4 different brands of tests and got 1 positive, 2 negative, and 1 ambiguous result. With my next test I only used the brand of test that showed a positive in the first round. I used 1000, 1500, 1500, and 2500 iu's. Those results were faint line on the 1000 iu, 1 positive and 1 faint line at 1500 iu, and of course a perfect line on 2500 iu.

Another reason why I call 2500 iu my sweet spot is because I prefer to run HCG for 5 weeks max to avoid desensitizing the leydigs cells in the testes. I know desensitizing at such a low dose is unlikely, but why risk it? Could someone get away with using less on a test? Yes. From my tests I wouldn't use less than 1,000 iu's though. As I stated when my protocol is for 5 weeks of use, why would I not use an amount that is sure to give me a definitive result?

Sorry I had to take a phone call...yeah you raise some good points... and please don't think I was trying to argue more of just a hey why do you get onw result and I get another...I'm very scientifically minded and for whatever reason even things like this will keep me up at night if I can't figure it out...either way I guess there's no harm in using additional hcg and I think at the end of the day a positive test is still a positive test...

I hear you bro. I wanted to get down to the bottom of this because there isnt a standard protocol on here. I went as far as i could go with my limited funds. So thats why i presented as my experience and not the end all be all go to protocol. I have seen guys do so many crazy things with their hcg. Its kind of hard to put something like that together due to all of the variables.

treadinontren's picture

Im at least glad we agree that people shouldn't pee on the test lol

At the end of day that's the important thing!
