I did a quick search and couldn't really find any info on this, but I believe I read somewhere that if you inject too quickly that your product could come out of the injection site.
Heres what happened: This was my 4th injection into my delts, I am using a 25g 1inch. I am injecting 250mg(1ml). the first time I did it on this side I had no problem at all, today when I injected after I pulled the pin out I had a little bit of test come out of the injection site, not a whole lot but maybe 2 drops worth.
I did inject it pretty fast even with a 25g as the oil was still pretty warm. So, is this any major problem or just an injection done too quickly?

If the muscles dense the oil can't disperse into the fibers quick enough so go slow or shoot your glute since its a softer muscle
try the Z injection method..does help abit. leave the pin there for 15 seconds then pull it out slowly. after dat, use swab to press on it gently and massage b4 putting the plaster on. then massage somemore to dissipate the oil. i always do dat as i inject 2.5ml at a go 2x a week now....its not a nice thing to do.
just double the dose and jack it in!

dansta123i hit up with 23g..15/20 sec.wait till pull out followed by swab..there always a few times oil or blood flow..nature of the beast.
AnonIt happens, sometimes the oil seeps out.. there are various things you can try to do such as injecting very slowly and leaving the pin there after you have injected for ten or fifteen seconds.. I always swab with a cotton ball and alcohol afterwards at the injection site and then massage it to help disperse the oil.
It happens to me on my delts regularly, I try to push the skin sideways (sort of like a mini z-track) with my pinky and ring finger, holding the pin with the thumb and other two fingers.
tread-mFor myself the bigger and harder my delts got the more I have that issue. I simply put a tissue over my delt as soon as I pull the pin out and massage the hell out of it which you should do anyway to distibute the oil a little better and faster. But yes, slow down a bit anyway.

But BTW the advice I have always gotten says the delt is a fairly small site for IM injections and to try and keep the max amount at 1ml or less. I know thats all ya injected but it's worth mentioning I thought

so slow it down a bit and when you are done leave the pin in for like 15 seconds give the oil time to disapate
