So Ive started my first cycle and nope I didn’t do any research and that was dumb. Yup I know. I mean, yes I’m doing my first cycle based off what little research I did do. Test only “cycle” for the first go around with an ai on hand. That’s about it. So I chose letrozole and the more I read it seems like this is a very potent AI. Should I grab Arimidex instead and just hold
Off on the letrozole? Or will a small dose of letrozole be ok as an AI for my first cycle. Yes I know stupid to not do my research first but it is what it is. I’m doing it now. Thanks

Just use Anastrozole shit works the best and no side for me anyways and get on Clomid and stop your test. You are not ready for a cycle, get your weight and all under control first.

You can use letro but you want to be very careful with it as u can crash your estrogen very easily with it. I used to be scared of it because that happened to me once. I personally would not take more than 1/4 of a pill ( .625mg) once per week maybe twice per week if you’re still having issues after 2/3weeks.
Why do you want to do an AI for your cycle? If you can answer that question. You dont want to do an AI just to do an AI
I just read your previous post about being fat and all the other things you rambled on about. You fucked up. Probably quit the cycle like most people advised you the other day and clean up your diet.
How much test are you doing? Are you having any high estrogen issues? I hear Letrozole will tank your estrogen. You don’t want that. It’s probably going to make you feel down. .5 arimidex or 12.5 aromasin every so often is probably all you need to bring it down if you even need it at all
