High hemaglobin/hematocrit levels n managing them

Ive come across a few posts here and there about hematocrit levels. nothing really dedicated to it. there probably is some here and there but i though id touch on this topic again.

i typically have very high hemaglobin levels while on. to be honest, time to time they get dangerous high. this one thing is one of the biggest motivators for me to get my bloods done regularly. ive had levels at 70. which is from what ive learned critical, stroke, heart attack levels. ive learned to manage mine very effectively. i avoid anything that is iron fortified. i donate blood as often as im able. i take very large doses of fish oils, 6-8 grams a days. when its high i also avoid doing cardio and one of the main components that raise it for me is not taking care of sleep apnea as i should. sleep apnea will raise hemo levels high and fast. i have had normal range levels now for about 12 weeks. ive also learned that certain compounds exacerbate the problem. tren, and high test levels but getting it under control was key for running the things i like to run. with high hemo levels youre blood will become very thick, so its important to stay very well hydrated and in the event it does get very high i will take a baby aspirin because my BP goes up.

have you ever had high or dangerous levels and how do you manage it?

I check mine every month for all the above reasons. I can't avoid high cardio because of the nature of my work, so when mine rise to a unsafe I immediately drop my dosage on my compounds. I also never run to high of a blast cycle anyways. Another important tip is water retention and using your ai properly. Retaining extra water from aas is also a significant cause in the raising of blood pressure so keeping the estrogen in check is very important not just for muscle gains but for over all BP health.

I have also found that green tea is another good natural BP herb. But it works differently at times for different people.
