hgh serum & IGF-1 test same day?

Is it ok to test both the serum level and IGF levels at the same time if I wait a few weeks and pin 3 hours beforehand?

I just did both today, been on growth 4 1/2-5 weeks so my numbers should show something either way. I got serum and igf test, 10 iu 3.5hr before.
You can do serum the day you get you growth and follow the protocol but you have to wait about a month before you test igf-1 levels as It takes time to build up in your system. So if you want to wait a month to test serum then sure you can do both the same day.
You don't have to wait a month to check IGF-1. You can test initial increase 24 hrs after injection if you have your baseline and haven't ran any HGH in a while. Or you can test 2 days in a row to see your increase form that particular dose.
The 3-4 week thing is to see where it maxes out from the dose your running. Just like you can test Testosterone 1 week after injection to see the increase from that shot (taking 1/2 life into consideration, but you won't see the max level until the 1/2 life overlap of that particular ester has peaked.
I should have specified. I know that protocol. Actually from reading your posts. But the way this guy did it is worthless for igf-1.
I think he is talking about testing 3-4 weeks from now? But testing before he starts will give a good baseline and let him know how much his dose raised his IGF-1.
