Did my first pin this morn. Finally got it on third attempt lol. Was shaking like a little girl. Thanks to all of you for your help.

I still get nervous won't pin if anyone is in the house in case they knock on the bathroom door and startle me (i'm a little high strung)lol
Lol... I remember my first pin. It took me a good 45mins of holding a loaded syringe before I stuck it.
Wonder how the PIP is today? mmmm...Virgin muscle! Just about everyone I know on their first pin said NO PIP! I tell them to wait till the next day. I guess they think its going to hurt right off the bat lol.
Iittle sore today. Feeling great though. Did legs yesterday and every squat felt like I was being punched in the ass lol. Feels like I got a tetanus shot .
Welcome to the dark side, there's no turning back. I've always been terrified of needles. I still shake, but getting better. I just hover over my quads then watch tv as I move it down. When it stops moving I look, aspirate, then push the plunger. Blood twice in a row? I never got blood. Good to be safe. Don't forget to rotate locations.
A buddy told me a few drops was ok. But everyone here says play it safe and try again. My buddy not the brightest guy though lol.
Now you did it. No going back now! Next you'll be pinning Winny\ed! LOL ;-P

I've just been making a Hexawinnyboldacyp milkshake. Who says oil and water don't mix? The Quads don't like it a lot but the Glutes don't care at all! LOL ;-P

Lol wife did first attempt. She seen two small drops of blood the let go of the pin and ran out of the room. So I just had to put on my big boy pants and do it myself lol. Was nowhere near as bad as I thought it would be.

Yeah pinned the glute. First two had drops of blood so I pulled out. Third no blood went in really smooth. You have link for that write up? I thought damn I'm shaking this goons hurt. No pain felt great.

i shook as well brother, no shame in that! did you pin glute? part of the shaking for me was due to having to reach around to even hit the spot correctly! i wrote up a guide on how i found the ventrogluteal spot, it's a million times easier than the normal glute..
