So I've been on cycle now for about 10 weeks. Today I injected into my right glute. Pinning 250 mg of sust and 100 mg of prop. Except today immediately after pin I was hacking and coughing like crazy for about 3 minutes. Even tasted what I thought to be the juice iny mouth. Now I was an IV user for about 6 years, opiate addiction. And alls I know is that when I ran it I could always taste it in my mouth. So my question is, did I hit a vein? I'm using 1 inch pin. What just happened? Oh and by the way, IVE BEEN CLEAN AND LIVING IN RECOVERY FOR 4 YEARS NOW!

I had the same reaction about 2 weeks ago. And now that I think about it, I did see more blood after withdrawal of the needle than usual. Most times I see little or no blood after I pull the needle out, this time I saw blood running down my glute. Nothing major, just a small stream. Then the coughing. Like Vike said, as if Big Bertha was sitting on my chest for about 5 minutes. No wonder I prefer petite women - if they sit on my chest I just pick them up and move them up to my face :-p

Longer pins will help get deeper into the muscle belly and clear a lot of veins..... the coughing is mostly blamed on tren but ALL compounds do it with me bro..... we all nick a vein now and then its nothing serious ... its just a pain in the ass when it feels like big bertha is sat on your lungs for 5mins lol...lol

So you probably passed through a vein and injected intramuscularly but on the way back out....oil went in the vein that you had passed through
This is common and just part of pinning....
Always make sure to pull that plunger up before injecting....and if all you see is bubbles....you're good to go....
Some will even inject half the load and aerate again to make sure they haven't pushed the pin in further than intended....

yes, you most likely nicked a vein. Happens to most of us at one point.
Make sure you aspirate before injecting and injecting slowly will help minimize or eliminate the cough.
Search "Tren Cough" in the eroids search, you'll get a ton of tips.
