So I'm looking at competing here soon and I was reading the entry form for a local show and I see this:
"TESTING: There will be a random selection of competitors for polygraph testing the morning of the show. Testing will be for steroid use 24 months prior to and including the date of this contest. All competitors must agree to taking the test, those registering a positive result will be disqualified."
Anyone have any experience with polygraphing or this kind of testing?

CleyonHere's an idea... Do another contest that doesn't test.
the All natural contests are the best to look at bro, that way u can spot the juicer out of the crowd and laugh
CleyonI went to a "Natural contest" last year, and it was a JOKE! There were two types of people on stage. Those that juiced, and those that should. Not saying that there aren't guys that can get a LOT done without juice, just that these guys weren't them.

phil113kgA contest not being in your area shouldn't hold you back. I would gladly compete in Germany, just one country over, if I was to place in a process we call "selection" here. So don't let a little travel dictate on what show or shows you are restricted to. It cost a lot of money and time to prepare for a show so don't just settle for anything. By the way, stay away from the "natural" shows.

I have heard from someone that has done it,that if you take a valium before a polygraph you will pass.It lowers your reaction to any question they may ask you.I have not tried this myself so I don't guarantee it will work.

Lol.I don't know about that,but I like your thinking.Polygraphs test your respiration,blood pressure,pulse and skin conductivity.So if your heart rate is already maxed,blood pressure sky high,breathing heavy and sweating,I don't see how anything could change all that much.

they tell u that ur nervousness will be taking into consideration , but if u fuck up ur heart rate I dont know how they can test u. honestly i dont know if clen would work or not but its a good idea , worth looking into
If they happen to say something about your elevated heart rate,you could tell them you've been chugging coffee for it's diuretic effect.
They ask you some test questions they know the answer to.Like,is your name such and such.Your reaction from your test questions is compared to the reaction from the questions they want to know the answer of.I believe all the questions are yes or no answers.
Its pretty hard to bullshit a polygraph test but its possible u just have to be trained in it
