Blood work Abroad
In the past couple of weeks I had to travel abroad. Generally it has played Havoc with my training and to some extent diet. However while away I decided to get some in depth blood work done. My reasons for doing this abroad were cost saving and no awkward questions. The whole thing cost me £82.00 (approx $128). That seemed like extremely good value? The blood work included the following:-
Lipid Profile
Complete Blood Count w/ Differential
Estradiol, Sensitive
Insulin Growth Factor (IGF-1)
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Testosterone (Free) , Serum (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration) With Total Testosterone
Estrogen
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA)
Thyroid Profile
Overall the results are pretty good with the exception of Estradiol levels which are through the freakin roof and is going to take some addressing.

tread-mArimedex at .25 eod for a bit then pull it to every 3 days. You could go daily for a week first to pull it back quicker and then eod a week and then every 3 for a while after that and recheck from there.
Thanks Tread. Blood work reads like War And Peace. I think the cost compared to what I would have had to pay here in the UK more than payed my air fare. Now to get back to the gym and make up for lost time!
tread-mJust glad all else looked good! Thats an easy fix there so should be right as rain in a week, helps the old drive too when you get that in order and running it too high for a long period of time is dangerous for men. I suspect it just popped up on as you began test therapy and might balance itself but no reason not to pull it under control. After a few weeks you could probably even just run the adex either .25 a couple times a week or pop it in once in a while eod to make sure its in check and just see where you are in next blood. I was just hoping you didn't come home with crabs rangoon or foreigners cough knowing you and your crazy lifestyle! Lol
Only thing I caught was bollock itch riding 1 geared mountain bike in 35 degrees and 95% humidity to at least get some cardio in. At least thats what I told the Mrs ;-)
tread-mSounds like you used proper protection for "mountain bike riding" so good for you brother. Cardio is cardio! : /
