Blood test timing

Hey guys, was wondering when is the best time to take a blood test when you're on a lets say.. 11 week Test C cycle or something?

I ran mine about a month before a started and then 3 weeks in. This is a little early and I had a specific reason for doing so. Most people will say run them about 5-6 weeks in.
before you start and several weeks after you are done if you are tryin to find out if you are back to normal or before you start and several weeks in if you are trying to find out just how high your Test levels are. And that is if you are talking about test levels.
