Change site every time!

I rotate 6 spots...both delts, glutes and quads

Seriously? Google cellulitus pictures......then i guarantee you rotate 6spots minimum!

Never repeat the same site in the same week.. Wait a week or longer to hit the same spot.. Even then sometimes you build up scar tissue.. If you wanna avoid it rotate sites a lot

Depending on what im working I move between glutes and quads, ive done delts but I have a hard time pinning them. But every injection I use a different spot. I also move around a bit on my quads because im lean enough to have a good view of which muscle im in I dont on my glutes though i stick with the upper corner cuz im a pussy and that 1.5 inch scares me.

Every injection is a different site, 1st right glute, 2nd left glute, 3rd right quad, 4th left quad, 5th right delt, 6th left delt, start over. Each site get's plenty of time for all the oil to be absorbed by the muscle before I put more oil in there.
