12 Month Cycle - Rotational or Blast/Cruise

So if you had access to ANYTHING and wanted to run a 12 month rotational cycle with blasts and cruises with the intention of adding significant lean mass what would you do?
Lets assume the following
Age : 35
Experience : 15 cycles
Previous Use : hgh,test,tren and all the usuals [oxy,var,dbol, etc]. No compound has gone over 600mg but no previous use of Insulin. HGH hasnt gone over 5iu
BF : 12%
weight 220lbs ish
regular bloods will be peformed
Training : strength and hypertrophy based with 2/1 off....decent setpoints already for strength
Diet : mainly IF / Low Carb. main carbs are pre and post WO - fats and protein rest
How would you do this? What would you do? What periods of on / off
A genuine question.....as I am thinking of doing Jan / Dec next year on a structed and planned run.
I have a potential plan....but wanted to get other peoples views.....

Blast/Cruise is the way ...... ive been ON now for 23 month straight and everything has been fine.. bloods,health and wellbeing. everything basically.... i have only had one snotty cold in all this time so that proves immune system is near bullet proof!...... what i find is a big bonus is that if i hit some crap, underdosed oils or orals i can tell within a matter of days and that gear goes directly in the bin.
I cant or dont sample gear anymore for this reason... my body simply demands the best and luckily for me we have 2 or 3 of the best gear producers on here and they are my go to guys.
Let me just pop this comment in here..... i do still compete and i am nearly 54 so TRT is not a worry for me and if i did not compete i would not use anymore than a flat 500mg of test pr wk... period.

Shit the longest I went was 20 weeks on 500-650 E. This recently too as next week I go back to trt dose for 3 months before the next one which will be far less blast. I don't want my body to get used to it so I switch it up every now and then.
BigBmajI'm trying this now except I hadn't added any growth hormone. I'm noticing that it's difficult to keep the weigh up when using less than 300 mg of test a week. So I'm still experimenting with the cruise part of it.
My blood work was not looking all that great either. My HDL had gone down to 22 and I had a few other noteworthy problems. Most important was that my blood pressure was pretty high.
I'm getting my blood retested in a couple months and if I can maintain this current weight I will consider this a fairly major success. I looks like I was able to gain something like 30-45 lbs.
My next thought is to try the following.
A bulk immediately followed by a hardening protocol with some Tren, then on to a cruise phase. I think jumping from a bulk to cruise is too drastic a transition for me. Or to keep running 800 mg of primo for an extended period of time.
I'm going to be going with very conservative doses next time hoping that will also make it easier to keep what I gain.

Periods of on/off I would base on results and bloods.

I wouldn't run anything besides plain test for long cycles like that, then again in not a pro
