Uploading pic via iphone

Anyone know how to upload a picture via iPhone? I can get to the page but where it says choose file it won't let me click. Is there a secret or do I just need to jump on a computer

Older iOS don't have the ability to upload pics through the standard browser filefield form. Looks like they fixed that in new releases.

I can't do it with my ipad.
I can do it. I have an iPhone. Click the upload file tab. Your camera roll will pop up. Well what version of IOS are you using?

If its an iPhone 4 or newer you can easily update the iOS to 6.1. Anything prior to 6.1 I was unable to upload pics.

That might be the issue. I need to update both to the current IOS. I can't DL some apps because of that.
I've never been able to with my iPhone or iPad
