hey guys, i renewed my stats. I never did anything about lifting. a very ordinary person on the street but never do bodybuilding. My girl friend not like my figure, lol, that's why i am here to ask advice.

Are you in a gym? If your body isn't ready from couple years of hard work, the roids won't be effective.
Have you had full blood work done, so we can see how you're doing. Trt or low test, cholesterol all have impacts on our bodies. Gear can enhance some bad sides

TronHis stats are incomplete according to his profile but does say 20% percent body fat. All he says is new to steroids and doesn't say anything about lifting experience so I'm recommending proper diet and exercise at this point.

Test decanoate, or test undecylate does exist guys. It's part of sustanon. The OP needs to study up on esters and half lives.
scorpion2bravoThe question you asked is kind of confusing.. Do you mean whats better test cyp or test cyp with deca.. There is no such thing as test deca.. There is deca, npp and nandrolone base.. My first cycle was organon sust amps and deca vinone amps we got in iraq... But it all depends on your goals, what you are trying to accomplish, diet, cycle history, body fat, weight etc etc.. And what you can afford. You dont want to start a cycle with out all your ducks in a row ( gear & pct ) All you have to do is a little digging around on here and im sure you will find all the answers your looking for.. This place is a wealth of knowledge... All you gotta do is spend some time doing a little research...
i never used this kind of stuff before. so not very familiar. but test deca does exist.

scorpion2bravoYou might have seen a blend of test and deca, look around on here in the forums and such and you will def find alot of info for the newcomers... But alot of ppl are gonna want to know your stats before they give advice and will tell you the same thing about doing research, they will get in tour ass about laziness.. Im not being a prick bud im just trying to point you in the right direction like others did for me..
Deca is short for decanate, which is the ester. Most people refer to nandrolone decanate as deca. Nandrolone is what the substance is decanate is the ester. So test decanate should be a very slow release testosterone. Idk that I would ever use such an ester for test.
