6 Weeks In - Questions

ad

Hi All,

6 Weeks into my first cycle. 500mg Test E per week, split to 2x 250mg pins E3.5D

AI - adex introduced week 4. 0.25mg E3.5D

Week 1: 75.5kg (8% BF)
Week 6: 83.3kg (12%BF)

Current kcals: 3518kcals
264P/440C/78F

Training split into 6 sessions a week, 3days volume, 3 days heavy. Each muscle group hit twice per week.

Cardio: LISS 3x 30min a week.

Week 6 bloods have been taken and awaiting results back.

A couple of questions:

  • This is the first week where I have seen lifts starting to stall, all in all strength has gone up massively in the last 6 weeks, however lifts have come to a hault.
I have been adjusting kcals to be +500 TDEE based on my current weight at the end of each week.
Is this normal to hit a strength plateau around this time? If so how can I over come this? Is it as simple as adding to an increase in kcals?

  • Currently on adex .25mg E3.5D.
Started this beginning week 4 and massively helped itchy nips, however I am getting extremely bad aching joints really badly, which o believe may be caused by this. Any ideas?
Supplement with fish oils etc etc

  • In terms of weight gain is this typical at the 6week mark? I know it varies between each person however i want to ensure I am doing the maximum I can to achieve maximum results.

Cheers.

Not sure why you started the cycle in the first place, but anyway....

This is the first week where I have seen lifts starting to stall, all in all strength has gone up massively in the last 6 weeks, however lifts have come to a hault.

If we continued to get massively stronger week in and week out we all be benching buses and squatting houses. The real question becomes are you still adding size weight. You don't need to be getting stronger to do that.

You need to get your ai dialed in. Sounds like you spiked it at first and now you have crashed it. Also a likely reason why your strength has plateaud. Kill your estro and kill your gains. You need to get some bloodwork done to get your ai dose dialed in otherwise you are really putting the kabosh on your cycle.

I'm a little surprised by the amount of fat gain but not totally shocked. Overall weight seems about what I would expect. Going to see a large jump in weight just due to the increased glycogen load to begin with.

Thanks Makwa.
Awaiting bloodwork back this week.

When you refer to dialling in AI, what does that technically mean? I started adex at 0.25mg E3.5D which I believe was quite reserved as I didn't want to go overboard and kill estro

When your dose is dialed in you will be taking enough to prevent unwanted sides such as gyno and other high estro side effects but not to much so that you crash your estro and run into all of those side effects. Keep your estro within normal ranges is what you are trying to do. Running it on the high side of normal is probably better when looking for max gains during a bulk.

How mad are you on a scale of 1 to Chris Brown?

Not speechless, just surprised by your pointless input.
Maybe you could have a look at my bio and my first post and take a look at my pics of current physique etc etc.
I'm not the biggest of guys but I've put in the years naturally, in my opinion i have gained to a point where I then wanted to take a next step.
You don't approve? I don't care. I don't know you, your sarcastic comments don't give any constructive feedback no matter of your personal opinion. Even if people disagree with how I'm going about things, a consecutive answer is much better than your shitty reply.

Cheers man! This is appreciated!

Definitely feeling really strong at the moment so continuing to push hard. Weight is increasing week on week which is great and look forward to the next 6weeks
