Enlarged prostate???
Ok, so first I have been cycling for 15 years. I'm 34, currently running bout 600 mgs sust per week, 50mgs d-bol per day. Bout to start slin, and growth..the only thing different I'm doing is letro. Which I just started 5 days ago...its at 2.5mgs per day now...so it started burning when I pee started yesterday....now its at the point where it kills me to piss. So I went to e.r. and they made me piss in a cup...the doctor came back and said my prostate is enlarged and have a small urinary infection,..also they tested for std but that results won't be back for 3 days. But the Dr. Is convinced its an enlarged prostate due to high testosterone...I didn't know if the letro was a factor cause its the o my thing different I have done? Anybody ever have burning when pissing due to metro or enlarged prostate? Thanks!

AnonIt doesn't sound like letro is the problem UNLESS because you are blocking the conversion to estrogen more testosterone is converting to DHT and causing the prostate issues. Just a thought

Believe it is prostatitis, here it is a week later, still burns like fire to pee, kinda painful ejaculations....they got me on 500mg cipro 2× per day, and flomax....hopefully the swelling will go down soon, this is torcher, I have stopped the letro cause I got this stuff a few days after starting metro, mabey it did something to trigger it? I know the prostate is regulated by test , estrogen.....?? Then on top of that, I got damn pink eye all of a sudden!!?? Its been a week from hell to say the least, and have lost 10lbs from all this bullshit...urggggg
BandoleroToremifene can help! While an excellent SERM like clomid it is being investigated for use in prevention of prostate cancer. I have personally used it when I was aching in that area especially when sitting down and it helps a ton. Works good when combined with dutasteride and it increased my sex drive
Do you guys think I can continue the letro for the gyno? I'm on day 6 of it at 2.5 mg...

This thread should b a reminder to everyone ( especially the older guys like me) to get your prostate checked annually! We all get bw done throughout the yr but a specific exam on the prostate can reveal issues simple bw won't catch! From personal experience my old man only had 58 yrs on this earth simply because he was n old school stubborn fucker and never had a prostate exam until it was to late...bottom line mrlean get the prob pinpointed thru test with your dr! Good luck to you bro I hope u update this as I and I'm sure others will be following your situation..
It sucks cause it all makes sense now, frequently urinating during the night, pain near the testicles those things been going on for awhile....I don't have medical insurance either....bottom line..I'm backing off most everything, give my body a break and see what happens then pray I can get some kinda of insurance cause can't afford to go to a specialist....I will keep everyone posted....this is the least thing I thought I would have to worry about at 34 years old!!
Wise decision bro to lay off the gear....get yourself healthy again is the main thing! Hopefully doing this or some otc remedies is all u will need...if it's a financial issue with not seeing a dr just talk to them I'm sure they will work out something with you....stay positive man things will work out!
Research low dose tadalafil for help with prostate. I take 2.5ED for it. It helps. There are also several over the counter vitamin/supplements thst help, saw palmetto is one I also take daily. I also have a men's health prostate vita blend I got at a super store. I noticed that it does help too. It has saw palmetto in it also. I have poor urine flow and when its very swollen it ccan be difficult to have a bowel movement. Since I've started the prostate blend and tadalifil its been great and I have no issues.
There is also red reishi mushroom extract that has been shown to cure some forms of cancer including prostate cancer. It works by blocking DHT at the receptors as well as stimulates microphages that clean up dead and cancerous cells.

Radiographs and digital palpation of prostate,via anus, along with a high PSA count will help diagnose an enlarged prostate. Did the doc do that after u pee'd in the cup?

How long have u been on this current cycle? Well dosed dbol at higher doses can cause prostate enlargement..I'm not saying that's the problem here tho...agree with zeb and lay off the gear and get healthy before cycling again....however if it is a std maybe just a shot of penicyclin and your good to go!

I had a urinary infection a while back ,scared the shit out of me burning piss had for like 5 to 10 days ,got tested for every std came back flying colors ,they said I needed to go to a urologist, I went thru a coarse of antibiotics and it cleared up ,when they tested urine for bacteria it came back negative ,never had the problem again
So you are going to start gh and slin and you have some issue bro??? Slin is a bad word here, in my eyes if not used properly it will fuck you up in time and non reversible to. I would lay off the goods all together until you get the results and see what is going on I wouldn't be planning a cycle or anything because there is some sort of issue some where. Be safe bro and stay healthy you can always make changes with supplements but not your health if it's bad.
