I know as muscles start to really grow you will get more cramps.
I have heard that from several pro's that have same problem.
Might be dehydration as well and you say you're a basic starter you might be over doing it a little or working same muscle to much.
Need more info bro. Like muscules you work out when how often eating sleep stretching etc.
Yeah I've got the pct here anyway.spoke with my source and after new advice today looking into dropping orals and going proper. Thanks again and hope to comment on new improved cycle along with correct info and new regime again guys can't thank u all enough .pity I learnt the hard way with going for experience users .not making mistake again. Thanks everyone.
Hi maybe .I've spoke to someone earlier on and thought I was drinking enough water and he pointed out that was not enough sofar I've already doubled my water intake and will have a couple of more litres before sleep. Going to try and have 6 to 8 litres a set no matter what already feel better for it.Thank u hope now I've got good aceds to proper info and advice I can progress without silly beginners mistakes .Thanks eddie 1977
Sounds like your dehydrated ...protien is a mild diuretic if your diet is mainly fish and meat be sure to include plenty of leafy green veggies lots of water a good multivitamin some electrolytes and taurine for starters
(edit this would be advice if you were on a proper beginners cycle do as dacky said below drop the orals do a pct gets some bloodwork then research aas and how to run a beginners cycle
Perhaps you can lay out your whole cycle in detail, goals, diet, training and fluid intake as well as pre cycle blood work and current on cycle blood work. Impossible to even begin to help you with the info you've provided.
Cramps are usually due to electrolyte imbalance, I'd suggest to watch your diet, and/or try supplementing. Also drink plenty of water. Do not over-restrict salt. Too much of a low sodium in blood can trigger muscle spasms.
Thanks actually woke me lastnight that bad.my diet is mainly meat and fish so I will try more sodium thanks really appreciate.

I didn't state you should take more sodium in, but if you are on a low sodium diet, it could be a trigger. Overall balance is important, that's why you ought to provide more details. No one otherwise can tell whether you are overdoing it or not.
Ok so I'm doing lean 65 not sure u heard of it but it's a cutting agent of var Stan Epstein. 30 mg var Stan 25mg and 10 Epstein.hitting gym daily and as I said diet is all meat and fish. Muscle growth is good that's why I was wondering if it's my extra growth that was the coz. Still working out what I can say on here. Thanks again
Where's your testosterone in this cycle or is it as I fear you're running an oral only stack? Never mind a stack of three orals is going to nail your liver! Are you using any liver support sups? Where is your blood work? If it's an electrolyte imbalance you won't know unless you have bloods done. How much water are you drinking, could be low sodium, potassium, calcium or some combination. Could be none of those things.
Oral only as I said did some ground work looking into it but as I'm a basic starter in still learning what to do with bloods and other things.water in drinking loads 2 litres daily or is this wrong. Hopefully I get correct advice now as it's not somthing I think people would like talking about. I shoudve came on here before. My fault completely.
Listen to dacky oral only cycles are crap do a pct and revisit a proper cycle when you have done more research on aas cycles
My suggestion is to stop this cycle and do a proper PCT and research basic steroid cycles. How far into this cycle are you? First cycle should ALWAYS be testosterone e/c only. Start here - https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/noobs-guide-on-h...
Oral only cycles are a no no for a host of reasons. You're running winny in there and are going to be in a world of pain on cycle and recovering is going to be tough.
2 litres is no where near enough water for a cycle try 6 to 8 litres my friend. Your liver (3 hepatoxic orals and no liver support) and kidneys (high protein/low water intake) must be taking strain and you probably have an electrolyte issue causing your problems. Take my advise stop this now, pct (do you know what this is and how to do it) and recover.
Reconsider a cycle after researching properly and make sure you do blood work.
Cool I've got Clomid also was pretty sure i was going about it correctly though.Thank u for advice hope I can ask questions and get correct info .Thank u my friend. Eddie 1977
