Domestic donation was received on 1/27. Pack still hasn’t been dropped off to carrier to be shipped. Can’t get a straight answer. Hopefully these guys get their stuff together..

Attempt 2. This was posted over a week ago. Was away due to death of two friends. something many have to deal with thanks to the total fuck up of handling COVID in this country. I have to redo due to "moderators"(Gestapo) who are zealots in small things but so passive in major issues (just slow actually).
Long story short the vendor took a week to send my order despite me explaining my situation clearly. I can't do that here for fear of the gestapo, but it was clear.
So now I have to pay to ship it again since the vendor took a week to send a domestic order. I ordered domestic because of my short timeline. Package did arrive a day after i flew back home from visiting my fiancee. Is that too much info moderators?
I'm sorry but I have been doing online orders since IP was only game online and then Alin (from alin shop everyone knows now just years before his actually site was created..so over twenty years ago). I have NEVER had a domestic order take a week to ship out. Especially not after the vendor fucked up...yes was their website but that is on them.
Now if they are backed up then that is fine. No, this isn't amazon. I agree 100% I expect a lot more care an attention put into my order than something from amazon.
I had an HGH order issue when covid was just hitting. The vendor knew of shipping delays and was not transparent to his customers. I blasted him for that but he apologized asap and really took care of me. I contacted roidstore to get tracking number. When I got it I replied asking if this was possibly correct. Radio Silence. If there was any reason a domestic order takes a week to ship out then it should be disseminated to anyone ordering saying you're making a domestic order that will actually come in like an overseas order.
So first order, two major issues, no order yet, and nothing from vendor. So i am putting this on here to see how the 12 person/24/7 customer support vendor handles this because so far the write up doesn't match reality at all

Besides, every single source have said countless times, once the package is shipped, it is in the courier company's hands. We can not control it anymore nor can the supplier.
