I did get some low to moderate pip. First time i ever got tren cough, too. Nothing that interfered with my workout, though.
It wasnt bad enough for me to take the time to warm up the oil.

Haven’t tried the mast but gain train really has prices no other domestic source can beat. I was a little hesitant when I first ordered due to the low price but His products are always legit and Ive got my orders to my house in 3 days consistently. Try the mast and keep everybody updated
Idk guys I put a pic up of what my first cycle in about 7 years from gainssss did for me... I need help cuz I have an injury on my knee that prevents me from squatting heavy.... I have researched stuff but if anyone has a similar issue I’d like to chat via PM on some leg strategy if possible.
GainTrain04Had similar issues as well and here are some of the lifts that worked for me as well as actually helping to strengthen the muscles around the knee joint for more stability.
*I always warm up with 5-6 sets of leg extensions no less than 20 reps
-Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
-Box Squats (doesn’t have to be crazy weight just good control and a lot of volume)
-Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts
And depending on the severity of the knee problem and the type you may be able to throw in some leg curls as well (lying or seated)
**One technique I also incorporate is I’ll do a few regular sets at normal speeds and then I will throw in some super slow rep sets (with lighter weight) literally creating about 3-4 times the amount of time under tension during the movement. Really helps fry the wheels out.
And like Beast said...definitely try to incorporate occlusion bands into your leg training routine. If you utilize them at the beginning of your workout and do those 5-6 sets of leg extensions with limited rest you will have one HELL of a pump and will be a nice pre exhaustion tool for you. Therefore, you’ll then be able to utilize lighter weights throughout the rest of the workout and still get great resistance and stimulation. (Doesn’t mean just breeze through with light weights of course but just means you don’t have to go quote as heavy and risk further injury during a compound movement due to banging such heavy weights)
Hope that helped a little and keep searching around here asking the bros for some tips....you’ve got access to a great community here and a lot of these guys are always willing to help out!

BeastintheeastI got u brother. Of course squats are some of the tried and true best exercises for strength and muscle development, but they’re not necessary for leg development if you’re unable to do them. Have you tried occlusion bands? Also I’ve had surgeries on my knees and leg and with good rehab and supplements I still can bang heavy squats and other compound leg movements. I’ll send you a FR
