I originally planned on running the eq for 15 and test for 17, but someone told me that 2 extra weeks of test wasnt necessary with eq...
I was hoping not to have to scratch it completely :/
Ace VenturaI'm pretty sure this is his first cycle. Not positive, but that looks like the Tequipoise blend, I know you're familiar with that. I posted his stats below.
I have done several ph cycles My first aas was a test e only , but had a very poor diet thus giving me very poor gains

Ace VenturaAlright, I wasn't sure. I don't know how people count PH cycles, I've done a few myself but don't really count them. Have you really done a test only cycle or are you just saying that?
I did, test e 500mg/week for 12 weeks....
But had no diet , and was partying too much with no dedication...
The only thing I gained was aggression and backne, I originally meant first REAL cycle lol
Ace VenturaThat's cool brother. I don't claim to be an expert, I'd look to young Makaveli here for that. But, EQ at that dose is pretty much going to just help with appetite increase, no real noticable gains. The test would be the dominant compound in this case. I know it's real simple to just run the blend, but if you got a quick $200 laying around, you could order some EQ 400 and try to pull 1/4cc on top of the Tequipoise to go with 600/600 test/EQ. Or the EQ 250, 1/2cc on top of the blend for 600/650 test/EQ. It's up to you but that way you'd have some extra EQ to extend the cycle a week or two like these guys are saying, then you could order some AI as well. And, yeah, I think you can run the var whenever the hell you want, but most people finish with it. AI is no joke either. You definitely don't wanna just 'wait and see', you will want to be prepared. Just my thoughts. Like I say, I'm no expert, so always take what I say and get a second opinion.

Also I only thought about eq and var because I assumed both at mild doses to have mild sides, and could determine what to use in larger doses down the road ;)

AnonIf this is his first cycle.....he needs to scratch it out.....run test only and see how he responds to that......i hope he is not jumping in like this for a first cycle
1) In my opinion you should up the EQ to 600 and Eq needs longer to kick in. Run to week 16
2) Where is your AI? ie: Aromasin or Adex.
3) Clomid should be ran at 100 for the first two weeks.
What are your Stats?? how many cycles have you run.
Anavar needs to be a tad higher run about 6 weeks.
Here is an example of what worked well for me:
Test E @ 500mg a week Split 1-16
Eq @ 600 mg a week Split 1-16
Aromasin 12.5 ed 1-21 last two weeks of pct 6.25
Clomid @ 100 ed 1-2 @ 50 ed 3-4
Nolva @ either 40 ed or 20 1-2 @ 10 ed 3-4
