-4 2020 Preparation starts today

STATS, DESCRIPTION, GOALS

Today is day 1 of my 2020 prep. If I get to be the one I was I´ll definitely will compete somehow. Got to be honest though after almost a year off this isn't going to be a walk in the park.. In fact i may even have to pull out halfway through as it might not even be possible. I've lost everything i'd built over the last couple of year's and i'm currently in the worst shape of my life. But all i've ever needed is that outside chance. The rest is just sheer will, diet, the right pharmaceuticals and relentless HARD WORK! I've done some transformations in my time but if I pull this off then this one's going to take the lot! 

Looking for a top spot this year.

(It's taken a lot for me to upload these pics as i've always prided myself on my body and my physique. But it's important that people realize and can see just how far i've got to go and how much of a challenge i've got in front of me over the next fourteen week's).

Running deca for 8 weeks then swapping it for tren then letting the deca taper out of my system for another few week's. Running oxys for 6 week's as my gut tends to struggle any longer than that. I'll be sticking to long esters.

At some point I´ll be adding clen and T3, but I need to be slimmer before using them so I´ll take advantage of those compounds.

I have in my hands AI and I´ll be using them in case it´s needed.

Your a grown man, make your own mistakes. You will probably get some decent results from this but you will not maintain an ounce of it, so go ahead knock yourself out.

Absolute joke isn't it - Jump straight on a load of Anadrol & trenbolone when you clearly haven't trained in a couple of years. These are the type of moron's who end up with torn tendons and moan about the fact they 'gained strength too quickly' when its just because their body isn't conditioned at all in the first place.

exactly bro , he will end up in worse condition than before he started. The dude has a decent form under the body fat, just some cardio, diet and a bit of weight training would do the trick.

Woaah running that lot is Utter madness - That's a cycle for someone who's already been training for 2 years and has a good amount of muscle on them already. This is the type of thing I am 110% against - people buying and jumping on a tonne of hard gear who clearly don't train.

If you haven’t been putting in the work natty the drugs won’t help. Prove to yourself you deserve the assistance by putting in a solid year natural then re evaluate. You’ll be happier with the results and they’ll last longer.

Woah! Got a lot going on there boss. The 1st thing I see is you saying that you may have to pull out halfway though. Then why even start unless you can be 100% committed? Then, your running too much shit! This stuff aint magic!
Dont sound like you've ever used tren before but your gonna jump in and use tren e? Good luck bud. That shit is a mean motherfucker and guess what? If you have a bad reaction when it finally kicks in...you, your wife and new kid are gonna have to deal with it for awhile.
You say hard work and sheer will can get it done? Then do it! You dont need all this bullshit.
Leveup has very good advice. Work out for awhile, get the muscle built back up and down the road run a cycle of TEST. You're not Roelly fucking Winklar, there is no need for all this.

Man, I was down to 170lbs a year...so I get feeling like you lost it all. But don’t you think you should maybe let the natural muscle memory kick back in? Like prime the cycle for a good six months first?

You are trying to do waaaayy too much with this cycle...at first a bulk, then a recomp, then a cut?

If you are going to compete you need to
1. Re-establish your base
2. Add the necessary size
3. Out yourself in position to be lean enough for a 12-16 week prep.

So i'm to inexperienced to comment on to really give advice on the composition of your cycle.
But i have two questions for you, do you have caber on hand to combat possible prolactin sides caused by the Deca or the tren?
And what are you doing for pct? as i don't see mention of it in your post.
