12 week recomp test primo superdrol kicker

Cycle history: Have done a lot of experiments with most compounds. Weight has fluctuated tonnes now settled for a more athletic build as I enjoy running so this cycle is also to increase athletic output.

The good ole recomp aka just want to get in shape cycle.

Focus, execution , and resolve in your diet and training is what is needed for a "recomp"...not exorbitant compounds.

You said " Recomp " in your title, therefore you are looking at more mass and less fat.

Looking at your picture, it is quite obvious that you could achieve that without your entire cycle and just by eating well.

That being said, post your current diet and/or the diet that you plan on having during your cycle.
Because without this in place, take all the gear you want, you'll A) Either get nowhere, B) Get somewhere but lose it all afterwards.

Being already shredded, probably no one would ask you about it. But you clearly hold too much BF and your mid section needs quite some work, which means it's probably 99% sure your Diet is not on point.

If you want to maximize your cycle ( even if it seems whatever we tell you, you won't give a s*** and will continue to think whatever you think ), then post your diet and then maybe some will decide to still help you.

You could increase your athletic output in less than (15) weeks AND feel better AND look better just with your Diet on point alone.

3 whole eggs 6 egg white spinach omelette
Bagel
Banana

250 g of chicken breast
200g oven chips
Peppers

Sirloin steak
Bagel
250g rice
Broccoli

Greek yoghurt
2 scoops isolate
Banana

Lol I didn’t add snacks but ye I have reduced my appetite from when I was 16 stone and eating like a maniac haha

What do your macros look like?
Where are you getting your nutrition, what foods?
How much cardio will you be putting in?

260 carbs 260 protein 60 fat typically 4 meals with two snacks throughout day whole food sources with protein snacks to reach protein goal. As for cardio I implement 200 cals of stationary bike 3 times a week with rest days designated to running usually burning from 75 cals to 150 depending if I run 1 or 2 miles

If your trying to achieve an aesthetic look then I would recommend reducing the carbs. Your not a competitor athlete or bulking right? Might want to think about carb cycling & some fasted cardio in the morning. Low intensity steady state, I feel works best. Try 30min keeping the heart rate between 140-150 beats per min.

I would recommend dropping the SuperDrol.
Be sure to have liver support in place if you do use it.

Yeh dude intermittent fasting and cardio with carb cycling is something I should read up on cheers bro have to say though will be goin ahead with the superdrol.

Primo needs to be ran longer as far as i know, you need to fix your diet, with primo you need a lot of protein intake, your pct is also bad, and test needs to be ran as as low as possible with primo due to water retention, you're way too underweight brother, diet is your issue here not gear, when i started my first test cycle i was 85kg 5'8.5

As primo is enanthate Ester 12 weeks should be fine. I’m not a body builder Warning I am not a bodybuilder if I was ever to do it would be men’s physique where guys like Andre Ferguson are about 180 pounds. Which in my opinion is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I have been 16 st before bloated body builder look hated every minute of it munching dianabol is not the answer. Athletic and aesthetic is the goal here I may say taking your advice I will drop to 400 mg test and as for pct there was an issue with the chart I will do 4 weeks of nolvadex maybe Clomid too cheers

It's fine, add clomid atleast to your nolva, 300 test would be fine for your testies just to keep them working, let primo do it's work also as i said protein intake is crucial with primo make sure it's from food not powders

Yeh I have read primo thrives on lots of protein more than likely do 260gs majority meat sources fish and yoghurt with a protein bar to suffice my sweet tooth Smile

Are you playing professional sports? Steroids are not great for runners, with the exception of sprinters. Generally you’ll put on too much size to be very competitive. Unless you’re planning on destroying the local coed intramural softball league.

Hcg for two weeks as the test tapers down in my system then nolvadex for 4 to 6 weeks . Weight gain shouldn’t be an issue with these compounds max 6 pounds. first time using primo although I have experienced test in every cycle thus far plus been on superdrol twice now both with minimal sides. THis is a recomp cycle with side objective to reduce several times in running which will be the staple of my cardio. Majority of weight training with rest days focused on short distance running.

6 lbs max with 800mg of test? The initial glycogen load from that much test should have you double that and then put the primo on top of that along with SD. You are running some pretty hefty doses but not seeing much in return. I would reevaluate your cycle and goals.

Well I know my body through experiences I don’t get much bloat from test at any dose I have experienced. Will update weight and progress throughout

There is a difference between bloat and IM water retention due to increased glycogen loading in the muscles. Bloat bad, IM good. I would expect much more positive weight gain than what you are experiencing.

You think you need 2 grams of gear to recomp your body? Try cleaning up your diet and I guarantee you get better results with no sides. Body is built in the kitchen brother, not the syringe.
