Think what ya want, I have an 16gb sd card full of only research. It works great for me, I'm 4 week in and havent swelled up w water and i eventually will towards the end but I weigh 196.2 and ripped. At the end of the year while it's winter and I have time, I can hit weights hard and bulk, but In the summer its stupid for me to do it any other way. And I could be wrong , but im pretty sure nolvadex "tamoxifen" does not interact very well with prolactin.
Read under my forums quite the opposite actually it can reduce prolactin so no actual harm there.. the 19 nor/nolvadex thing may be rooted in bro science imo.
Besides if you control estrogen prolactin will also stay in check most times.

I have also read that it works fine as long as you wait atleast 3 weeks after your last dose of deca
